great service. me and my husband came in on sunday dinner was good . but the service made everything better. we had no clue what we wanted to eat. but our server ben sold us the whole menu. dessert wasn't on our mind but he made the fried banana pudding sound very good. so we ordered one and it was. we never had service go great . we will definitely be back to see him.

today i tried the new baumhower's restaurant. i have long
been an avid customer of baumhower's, even when it was called wings. i've
always found the food to be excellent, and service as well. however, i got
my first disappointment today! i found the food and service to be good as
always, but this new open seating arrangement, had a noise level that was
intolerable in my opinion, and i'll bet close to 90 decibels (or more),
which is an industry requirement of ear plugs! i noticed the servers
and customers of adjacent tables, were having to lean in to talk to each
other. when people couldn't hear, they would just talk louder, so the
noise level just fed on it's self.  i left today with my ears ringing, and
dampened enthusiasm about going back.

delicious cheese fries and their ranch is amazing! don't go on sundays for lunch. the church crowd is there usually in big groups which causes a long wait time for a table and for your food.

surprisingly uneventful. service was very solid, but the food was a letdown. food tasted like i would/could have really enjoyed it if only it was cooked better, especially considering how much i liked the way they seasoned the food. they have decent meat quality, but the food in general did not taste fresh.

the food was good but the service was not. our server was so concerned with watching the ballgame on tv that he caused another patron's drink to spill as the food was delivered. no apology.

best wings in huntsville. this is s unique atmosphere with great staff and a fantastic menu. they could work on their draft beer selection... but overall it tops out on atmosphere.. service is normally great... but rare occasions you can get a bad waiter. food is rarely poor quality, but at the end of the day is still a wings and burger joint. wings are less hot then expected

i have eaten at wings for years, (at least once per week and sometimes twice), even though the building is going down hill and food has changed over the years. tonight i have had my fill. tonight i when with my wife and five others to have so so service and i never check my ticket, but this night i checked and there was a charge for a name tag on the line item. i asked what it was for and taneesha reply it was a mistake and she would have it removed. teneesha came back the table to let me know that it was too much trouble to remove it and that they would give a "free small wing" on the next visit to makeup for overcharge. i hope wings enjoys the five bucks, its bought you a lot of free advertisement from me and you'll see me at wings next time hell freezes over. isaac winkles ps this trip was the norm at $100.

great food for a good price! service was great! i had the pot roast dinner and it was excellent! followed up with pettit blackberry cobbler which was just enough sweet to finish me off. highly recommended!

had a great experience!. a friend of mine and i ran some errands on fri., 4/24/15, and we decided it was time to grab some dinner. first place that came to my friends' mind was baumhower's because he loves the hot lips appetizer.
we got there around 5:15 p.m. and our server was kayla h. she was great and has a great sense of humor!
we had a great time and the food was excellent! i ordered the gooey burger and it was delish!
my friend and i left at around 6:20 p.m. and there were scores of folks waiting to be seated.
my friend and i will definitely come back!!!

terrible service. very bad customer service. lots of standing around by employees, no sense of urgency. be prepared to double check your orders-- doesn't appear the staff realizes they are gettig paid to be there. much better causal dining options in huntsville. plus the wings were very subpar.

i have had lunch here on the weekends twice and. experianced slow and inconsistent service in the dinning room area. this time was the 3rd try and it was much better. we sat at the bar and the service was good, quick (even while busy) and the orders were exact even with personal changes. good lunch specials on food and beers. always love the baumhowers menu.... soooo many options

the lady seating us kindly stood by while we wiped the table and seats and our waitress seemed to be in a bit if a hurry. the place wasn't really busy; plenty of available seating. once the food came things started moving along nicely with the waitress seeming more relaxed, the manager coming by for a nice (brief) visit, etc. the good was really good (wings, coke slaw, fries, chicken breast, grits) so we will be back again.

the baum burger. this is a grown man burger. if you like cheeseburgers, this is a king. 1lb of meat w/ bacon and the usual vegetables. it is very good.

amazing. my boyfriend took me for the first time to baumhower's last night. i have to say i thought it was just a wing place but man was i wrong. even thought the parking lot was full we were at a table in less than 10 mins. our waitress allyce was there in a flash. she had a great understanding of the menu and had very helpful suggestions. we started off with the delicious fried mushrooms which were fresh and not from a can. allyce suggested i had to try the hot mama brown so i took her advise. its was wonderful and served promptly. i would highly recommend this place! i will be going back and i will ask for allyce every time.

hands down the worst service i have ever had in my life. the food was good but i would never come back or recommend this place to anyone. our waiter was horrible, he forgot practically everything he was told and had to come back and ask over and over again. the food took forever to come out, during that time we never saw the waiter at all. then when we finally got our food, half of it was wrong! then to add insult to injury, the waiter came to out table three times trying to figure out our checks and we sat at the table for an hour while he tried to figure it out! the manager wasn't much help either but at least gave us a discount. unanimously voted the worst dining experience by our entire party! avoid!
