horrible. myself and 2 other guests arrived and stood waiting for a hostess or any employee to greet/acknowledge us. after 45 minutes of being treated as if we were invisible, we decided to jump in at a table that some ppl just vacated. there was nobody besides us waiting so we figured why not. as we sat down we organized the dirty dishes and set aside the servers tip. a short guy came over and barked at us, "dont bother sitting down because you arent next on the list." i then explained that we had been waiting a long time, havent been greeted or anything. another guy came over (he was very heavy, im told he is the owner) he explained that he could put us on the list. as we got up i asked about a open table that was in the back, the heavy guy told me that "i do this for a living so relax." i responded that the customerservicewas a little more than lacking. then all of a sudden the short guy from before, now standing behind the bar, starts screaming at us, and had to be restrained from gettin in our faces. it was unbelieveable, we were treated like absolute trash. i have never been talked to like in a manner like that. i have heard that the bar bill has phenominal wings but i wouldnt ever go back there if the food and drinks were free. sometimes when a small business builds up a strong customer base/following they feel that they no longer have to give good customerservicebecause they have enough business. i have heard that experiences like mine are not very uncommon.

i’m going to put this simply. bar bill wings are as good as they get. i’ve passed bar bill many times, wondered about it, heard people talk about it, but wasn’t sure it could live up to the hype. wrong – and you won’t understand until you try the wings. let’s back up here for a second. on a rainy, cold, windy night in november, you might think sitting out on the front porch is pretty positively not going to happen. wrong again. we sat down right on the outdoor chairs and tables (very comfortable i might add) on the outdoor patio. the area is covered and inclosed, blasted frequently with the heater and filled with the warmth of an outdoor heater as well. the area is covered all around, but there are some open spaces. i was so surprised how comfortable i was despite the fact that i was sitting right next to one of these “holes”. the atmosphere inside the bar is warm and friendly. bar bill is a bar space with seating around it (see the bartender to be seated). theserviceis minimal,

best wings anywhere in ny. we visited this place at 5:00 p.m on a wednesday evening and were lucky to get the last available table in the place. don't get me wrong, this place is a dive and it is too small for my liking.servicewas okay but in the end, we came here for the wings. we ordered a pound of the medium hot wings and cajun wings. i have to tell you that the cajun wings were the star of the show, very crispy with slight bit of a sauce, they were awesome!! i usually never stray from med or hot wings but i emphatically recommend you try these. i must say, this place makes the best wings i have ever tried.

great wings and beef on weck.. i just realized that i never reviewed this place although i am a big fan of it. i would suggest anyone visiting buffalo to make the extra drive out to east aurora, ny to try this place. great wings and fantastic beef on weck. it is not the nicest place in fact it is a bit of a dive but the food is really good. it is also located in a nice neighbourhood near a montessori school and little shops.

best roast beef. literally the best roast beef sandwich i've ever had. it is good. the wings are huge and crispy and the hot sauce is no joke- definitely not standard frank's redhot. those are the only two things i've tried and they're both great. the place is small and cramped. the customerserviceis lacking. it's an intimidating place to walk into. but worth it.

even better under new ownership!. i would frequent bar bill back in the days of my single life. all my friends would gather there on tuesdays for their bogo wings. i knew the owners and the people who worked there on a first name basis. i never understood why they treated their customers so horribly. we were all regulars so we never had a problem with the service. knowing it might take at least an hour or more to recieve our orders. fast forward 8 years to today when i walked in with my wife and her best friend who was leaving for south carolina. the best friend had never been to bar bill and i knew she had to try have the best wings in buffalo. as soon as i walked in i could tell it was under new ownership cause we were greeted with smiling faces and offered a table to where the bartender brought us over our drinks. i was shocked because if anyone knows the old owner or any of his horrible bartenders i would have stood at the bar for 5 to 10 minutes before my order would have been taken. in any case the wings were just as i remembered crispy, meaty, and delicious. they are roaster wings and a very good size. i prefer these wings because they are not big and fatty like the wings you will get at duffs. you can tell the wings at duffs are pumped full of hormones and just yuck. the waffle fries are fantastic and i highly recommend the chicken sandwich w/honey mustard. i'm glad to see when this was purchased for the cool price of 1.7 million the food stayed great and theservicewas improved. cheers to the new owners!

love the food. theserviceand attitude of the servers is unacceptable. they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to eat in their restaurant.

we just moved into east aurora and when asking about the best place for wings we heard alot that duffs is good but barbill is where the locals go and they were right the food was amazing the wings were the perfect mix of spice and flavor but i wouldn't suggest the suicide to anyone less then crazy ! the bartenders were friendly and theservicewas fast definately a new favorite !
