oh hell no!. i have given thisplacemore than a fair shake...multiple visits over the last 2 years or so. its always the same story, great wings and beef and the world's worst customer service. my recent visit will be the last time i give them a dime. i came in with 2 other couples. we were treated rudely and the short bearded jackass even yelled at us. never again! i will make sure to let everyone know .

amazing food horrendous service. my husband and i love bar bill's food. they have giant wings that are incredibly flavorful. even the mild pack a ton of flavor. their beef on weck is really tender and they have awesome waffle cut seasoned fries. however, theplaceis really small and they have a horrible customer service/seating system. if you are new to bar bill please know that you have to walk in and go straight to the bar (push your way past people if you have to) and give your name to the bartender. they will put you on the list. we did that, but after waiting for 50 minutes we saw people being seated that came in after us. my husband stopped the one shorter, heavier gentleman to tell him we'd been waiting 50 min and he responded, "and?" then my husband explained how people that came after us were getting seated before us. we came to find out that even though we were standing in the sameplaceinside the restaurant for 50 min the guy calling out people's names couldn't find us. but they did seat us at the next open table and gave us two free drinks. the waitress was great and really sweet and, as i said before, the food is delish.

theplaceisn't like it use to be the roast beef was warm and too rare and french fries were burnt we had to send them back .i swear they sent the same ones back and i said we are not paying for these they are burnt.the cola wasn't  like it use to be . i  won't go back

thisplaceis a shit hole.  the food isn't what it used to be.  full of jerk off regulars and horrible bartenders.  joe the bartender is an a$$hole!  avoid this place. the wings are overrated and the beer tastes like vinegar.

beef and chicken wings were great!! spinich artichoke dip was good but super small portion size. over all niceplaceif you like the bar atmosphere.

best wings anywhere in ny. we visited thisplaceat 5:00 p.m on a wednesday evening and were lucky to get the last available table in the place. don't get me wrong, thisplaceis a dive and it is too small for my liking. service was okay but in the end, we came here for the wings. we ordered a pound of the medium hot wings and cajun wings. i have to tell you that the cajun wings were the star of the show, very crispy with slight bit of a sauce, they were awesome!! i usually never stray from med or hot wings but i emphatically recommend you try these. i must say, thisplacemakes the best wings i have ever tried.

great wings and beef on weck.. i just realized that i never reviewed thisplacealthough i am a big fan of it. i would suggest anyone visiting buffalo to make the extra drive out to east aurora, ny to try this place. great wings and fantastic beef on weck. it is not the nicestplacein fact it is a bit of a dive but the food is really good. it is also located in a nice neighbourhood near a montessori school and little shops.

in it for the noms. don't go here on a tight schedule. don't go here looking for warm, attentive service. don't go here if you are claustrophobic.

go here to drink a few beers and shoot the sh** while you wait for a table. go here for the noms because the wings, waffle fries, and beef on weck are awesome. they're a little unconventional, cash only, and all about beer & great food. i'm not mad at that, and i will love thisplaceforever.

best roast beef. literally the best roast beef sandwich i've ever had. it is good. the wings are huge and crispy and the hot sauce is no joke- definitely not standard frank's redhot. those are the only two things i've tried and they're both great. theplaceis small and cramped. the customer service is lacking. it's an intimidatingplaceto walk into. but worth it.

poor service. we went there on a saturday afternoon,placewas somewhat busy,bartender came over took are order...was very rude...took way to long for food to get there...food was very average roast beef...will not return...4 out 10...... new owners ..maybe they should just poor drinks.....

i have been to bar bills a few times and i have no idea what all the fuss is about. the food is borderline terrible. the prices are extremely high for the quality of the food. the roast beef is flavorless and tough. the wings are the same as any otherplaceserves and are the same size. i definitely wouldn't refer to them as "roaster" sized. my suggestion, go elsewhere, unless you are looking to be disappointed.

great roast beef. thisplacecan carve roast beef! not like the 50 year old apprentice meat carver at schabels rip off in west seneca...thisplacehas great beef piled on and at a fair price!

beef on wreck and wings. theplacei always take my "out of town guests" for a taste of buffalos food!!

very disappointed. i read about buffaloans bragging about this wonderful beef on weck, so i had to check it out. i don't get the hype. the beef was merely o.k., not great. the weck was hardly a substantial roll, being weak in consistency and not at all flavorful, apart from the salt on top. the au jus was quite weak and flavorless.

i have no desire to return. i tried thisplaceand charlie the butcher. the reviews are the same. frankly, i can't see a reason to choose oneplaceover the other.

tools behind bar. when i come home for the holidays i specifically "attack" buffalo foods. beef on weck from the bar bill is normally on the list. it must come off now. the arrogant rude attitudes of the male staff in thisplacewill have me going anywhere but there. the new ownership must be as daft as the old if the continue to allow customers to be treated this way. there are way too many options in east aurora to be unappreciated.
