bad bad service tonight. it is memorial day weekend 2011. we go to baja every friday night and have for 2-3 years now. our waiter tonight was terrible. no silverware, we had to get our own. water was empty and after 15 min got up and saw the pitcher, refilled ourselves. ordered a coke, it never came. our waiter was no where to be found the whole time we were eating. it was not the normal busy friday night so we were confused. he was aweful! i need to add that he was very quick to get the check signed and to pick it up. we left a note: no tip due to no service.

ps, we normally tip 30%

just down right nasty, and manager has bad attitude. there are too many other places to go to waste your time and money here. baja needs to clean up their act. won't be back and definitely will tell others to avoid this dirty place.

i was delightfully pleased with baja grill at the kavanaugh location. service was a little slacking but they are still making adjustments. great food, nice people, will be a great restaurant in every way in a few months.

took an old army buddy visiting from denver to baja for dinner today. we both loved the food, the service was excellent, and my buddy confirmed that his margarita was, as advertised by baja, one of the best he ever had!

mimi. the food and the margaritas were wonderful!
we sat outside, which would have been pleasant except that the local young adults were in full force, getting drunk, yelling, screaming obscenities while smoke poured from every table. seemed only the smokers sat outside(except we who simply like being outdoors). we concluded that some of the young people may have been underage because they were asking their friends to get them drinks.

awesome. we've been bere for lunch three times now and it's awesome. i've heard about their margaritas, but have yet to try them (i will, if i ever go for dinner). i've had the fish tacos (great) and the #1 lunch which is a taco, a beef enchilada, and a cheese enchilada. i am not a cheese enchilada fan, but this has to be the best cheese enchilada i've ever had. bar none, and i've been to a lot of mexican restaurants in the dfw area. my husband loves the carnitas enchiladas and has had them three times now. they come with a delicious green sause that he says is perfect.

the chips and salsa are ok, but today we decided to try the sopapillas. very good, nice and moist and sweet.

i will be back for dinner - have got to try those margaritas!

amazing food, locally owned, and service plus!. i keep thinking the food could not possibly be as good as my memory, but each time we eat at baja grill i am blown away. the owner always comes to our table to check in about our experience and the wait staff is super friendly. the cuban and the mahi tacos are amazing. food is really fresh and well prepared. if you are looking for delicious gluten-free dining, baja's menu is primarily naturally gf. five stars from our family!

baja grilled fish tacos are awesome. husband loved the chicken fajitas. kid friendly. watermelon margaritas are greatness. a+++++++

we always have a great dining experience here. they don't take reservations but you can put your name on their waitlist online and that cuts down time. everything is always fresh and we love all the flavors. we also have talked with the staff and owners on multiple occasions and everyone is always helpful, friendly, and fun. a definite must in little rock.

over priced 13.00 for nachos give me a break.not going back. dont waste your money the place has changed from what it was use to be packed. there was less then 7 people there

ordered beef fajitas... the worst i've every had.  i brought some of the beef home and it was less than 1/8" thick...paper thin, talked to a manager and he just walked away, will never go back!!!

sadly, the watuaga baja location has gone down hill, much like chilis or applebees. they don't serve the same margaritas that they were famous for. the whole menu has changed, the food was simply sub-par. i will say the service was good but when we wanted to voice our disapproval of the changes the manager would not come speak with us. instead a very nice gentleman named edurardo came and apologized. he tried to make it right. evidently he has been instructed to deal with customer complaints, but is not the manager. we will not be back. unless they fix the downfalls, spending $60 bucks for two people could be spent better at another establishment.
