baja has some of the best mexican food and margaritas! our typical fav's are brisket tacos and enchilada meals. they include generous servings which is good as the prices are steep. i love the baja blue on rocks w/salt and it never disappoints. in fact you only need one of these, because there strong and expensive!

best for last i praise the sunday brunch 11am to 3pm. mexican breakfast done right serving lunch as well. check out there take on eggs benidict with a baja blue, bring your friends and appetite!

terribel services poor food. apparently the tarrant food inspection ratings are terrible, unclean and risk of getting ill. a rating of 30 is a failure !! below is the link to look for your self, i also attached their ratings, completely horrible!

excellent mexican. baja mex is related to other "baja" ventures in ne tarrant like funky baja's and baja's bar & grill. each one features a slight variation on mexican cuisine. baja mex would likely be their most pure interpretation of mexican cooking.

the chips taste like real corn and the salsa is excellent. fantastic, and powerful, frozen margaritas - perfect for the summer. many of their dishes are great, but i find myself ordering the street tacos more than anything else.

an excellent option for those that enjoy baja california styled mexican. baja mex occupies a lonely end position of a boring strip center. to make it easier to find, the restaurant faces north tarrant and is close to hwy 377.

margaritas!. hands down best margaritas in the nation. if you're a lightweight, 1 does the job. after 2, you probably shouldn't be the one driving home. great flavor, very strong... just how they should be.

the food is also fantastic. always fast, always fresh, always delicious. all around, just a great restaurant.

my husband and i have been eating at baja grill for years. about 98% of the time the service is great. the wait staff are attentive and the kitchen is fast.

most people come here for the drinks--they are knock-you-over strong while being reasonably priced and not compromising taste. for the money, they are the best.

the food here is just well done. the lobster enchiladas are loaded with meat. the tortilla soup is chunky, salty and wonderful. my husband loves the fried fish tacos-- i recommend the brisket tacos. we haven't found a bad item on the menu.

this is our favorite place to take out-oof-towers. it is never a disappointment.

my fiancé and i come to baja almost once a week..it is our local go-to restaurant! the margaritas are killer ( watch out for the one they call the "perfect"..you may need a driver!). we have never had bad service here..and all of the waitstaff are friendly and remember us! we usually split chicken fajitas and they are perfect everytime. just the right amount of food for two people! when we don't split...we also love the brisket tacos, fish tacos and pretty much anything with their special brisket (several menu items have this). one of our favorite times to come is for sunday brunch. order the hue is del dueno. it has eggs, mushroom, onion jalapeño and chicken sandwiched between two corn tortillas and smothered with salsa verde. delicious with a frozen house margarita! we definitely recommend this local spot to anyone!

get there early!. this place had been recommended by several friends and coworkers. it is always packed when we go by. finally we just went as they were opening for lunch. we only tried the fish tacos because we were doing our christmas shopping and were meeting others later for late lunch. these were the best tacos i have had to date. also their chips and salsa were very fresh. i don't like cilantro! my wife does! the salsa was a good compromise for us both. we will definitely return. we are not drinkers, but everyone also recommends their margaritas.

left with a smile!. love their chicken tortilla soup, its absolutely one of the best i have ever had! it's a huge bowl with tons of flavor and lots of chicken, more than enough for two people. i recommend getting the tortilla strips on side though, they get soggy pretty fast.

for the amount of money you spend this place is amazing. try the "nandos enchiladas". my favorite by far. also there margaritas are super strong so be careful when consuming tequila.

closed??? they were open this evening..... it was our first time to eat there and we were a little confused by the 2 restaurants in one building but they explained it to us and we were seated quickly.

chips and salsa were decent but the chips weren't as fresh and hot as i prefer. salsa had some good flavor to it.

i ordred a fish taco with grilled fish and was a little bummed that he told me it didn't come with cheese and would cost me $1.25 if i wanted some. yikes that is $$$ for cheese. i had them put the sauce on the side and hold the cabbage. the taco was very good. the sauce was perfect and i actually didn't miss the cheese. i would get it again. my husband had the guacamole enchilada and liked it.
the sides were out of this world too. he had the roasted corn and tortilla soup. i tried both and they were very good.

we will pleased with our first visit and will return. by the time we left it was packed and people were waiting to be seated. we have driven by this little gem for years and never once stopped. my son told me about it and that prompted us to stop in for dinner. he said the queso is wonderful so that is on our list to try next time. my husband said he would try something new next time. i enjoyed the fish taco and soup so much i wouldn't need to mess with perfection.

in town for business, and a friend showed me this place. the tortilla soup was great, as were the burritos, and even the salsa! would definitely try again. also, the margaritas are pretty fantastic.
