for the heftypricetag 50 ea, food doesn't match : ( nope crab legs cheap and small mixed with a few alaska king but they too were small. had better at mirage cravings!! only 1 station for seafood and long line to wait in. while in line staff keeps cutting through line with dirty dishes and dirty towels, not just 1 time but multiple. you would think a new resturant would have better layout. not that big of selection!

i have eaten only once, and it was pleasant experience. i would have to say that in terms ofpricei think it is a little expensive for the quality of the food. i also found the the restaurant to be quite noisy, and not necessarily the cleanest place on the strip.

a trip to las vegas is not complete without a meal (or meals) at the buffet! although we would have loved to go to every single buffet in las vegas, thepricewould quickly add up!. after watching some strictly dumpling videos, we decided to go to bacchanal buffet at caesar’s palace! anyone else watch his videos?

this extravagant restaurant is situated inside the caesar restaurant. went for the dinner buffet, excellent range of food selections, from seafood, cooked meat to desserts. different styles of dishes such as american, japanese, greek...

we made a vip reservation to skip the massive queue. all drinks were complimentary with the vip.

downside was thepriceand nosiness

we went for dinner tonight.. no king crab legs (i couldn't find them past half hour, until i almost to leave.. 2 of us just tried 4 pieces of it, we are not big fan of it) , peking duck, big snails as in september dinner buffet.. but its usd $10 less than in september.

we paid usd $54 + $8 tips per person. not much line up.. waited less than 15 minutes..

i didn't eat much.. i tried...

waygu beef... 1st slice was too cooked, chewy and hard to cut... 2 and piece was medium rare.. way better...

prime rib... way better than waygu beef... more juicy

beef morrow bone.... too fat.. too much herbs on top

fresh oysters... pretty fresh

snails... a lot of sand inside

t bone lamb... extremely dried and over cooked

ribs ... taste too much curry on it

some dessert..

some juice and red wine as well..

there's a lot of selections... but not worth for thepricewe paid for...

so i am rating this against all other buffets in which i have dined. and yes, i have to agree, this is the best. i only uploaded pics of some of the desserts. hard to get pics at other stations of the buffet due to the fact that there's about a million people acting like it's their last meal and they've never seen shrimp before in their life, albeit extremely well cooked tender shrimp, not rubbery at all. this has to be vegas opulence at its finest. most people gawk at the near $60pricetag, but honestly, for what you get, it's a steal. if one wanted, one plate of shell fish would easily return the investment. of course i overate and now feel sick to my stomach, but that's ok, it's a vegas weekend! btw - all desserts are handmade in house and are rather scrumptious!

great buffet on the vegas strip and is one of my favorites to go to.

thepricecan be a little steep at times but it is well worth it. you get a wide range of top quality foods with nice presentation.

this buffet is also included on the list for the buffet of buffets pass so i'd recommend buying one to get your moneys worth. why spend over $50 for one buffet when you can spend the same amount for a 24hr buffet pass. it's well worth it.

this buffet was incredible! i went during "brunch" and though wish they had more breakfast items it was unreal and i'd definitely go back. i was a little disappointed in the supposed noteworthy red velvet pancakes (the aria buffet's version crushed bacchanal). but that was the only disappointment. all sections: asian, mexican, italian, american etc were top notch. i feel like thepriceis a steal considering everything you get. definitely worth every penny.

this was a disappointment for me. this review is of their regular week day dinner buffet and not of the kicked-up-a-notch weekend version. so many people say that this is a the best weekday buffet in vegas... i was disappointed because, for example, i love sushi and the sushi on the buffet was, in my opinion, comparable to supermarket quality. i also did not find the raw oysters to be particularly good. the crab legs were nothing to write home about, the shrimp was, well shrimp... yes the selection of items was good but, in my view, the highpriceof the buffet did not correspond to the overall quality of the items. if thepricewas lower, i would have given a higher rating to this buffet. there were also a lot of things that would fill you up easily and you could get anywhere (like pasta, meatballs and pizza). some things that were up to my standards: made-to-order tacos, creme brûlée, and bone marrow.

this buffet is outstanding ! we came for supper and didn't wait longer than 5 minutes to be seated for 4. we were not disappointed by anything and between the between four of us we tried a little bit of everything. the people serving at the buffet tables were so friendly and knowledgable. it's well worth thepriceand a great experience.

the reviews were right. this place is great! we arrived at 12pm on a thursday and only waited 10 minutes from the time we walked into the line, paid, and were seated! i was surprised! we paid $37.99/per person for lunch!

the ambiance is very nice and super upscale for a buffet but what else can you expect?? vegas is known for it's buffets! the presentation of the food was lovely! i made sure to try a little bit of everything and boy oh boy, was it good! i literally loved everything i tried! i'm usually very picky when it comes to sushi but i loved the sushi here! the dessert station was very large and had wonderful options as well! the hubs and i were here for a couple hours!

our waitress was okay. she wasn't the most personable person and was slow at bringing our drinks and clearing our table. we also had an older gentleman take our picture before we paid to get in and then tried to sell us the pics after we were done eating. we decided not to buy the pictures.

all in all, this is definitely the best buffet for thepriceand quality of food. we will definitely be back the next time we're in vegas!

we went for the lunch buffet as we just walked by.  the service was good.  our server was attentive and pleasant.  plates were cleared from our table and drinks were topped up promptly. the ambiance was bright and trendy.

the food was ok and had a good selection.  the roast beef was tender and the truffled mashed potato was delicious.  these were the 2 best dishes i could remember.  desserts were ok.    it was a goodpriceto be able to sample so many items.

considering thepricei payed for the bacchanal buffet champagne brunch, i was a bit disappointed. there were a lot of luxury items on the buffet line (stone crab, large tiger shrimp, alaska king crab), and those items were great. the mexican section was horrendous, but the freshly-squeezed juices were absolutely amazing. i have not been able to find a good acerola juice outside of brasil, but the had a great one at the buffet. the desserts were amazing. if the menu is priced at the samepriceit was when i visited, i would not return. for the price, the bellagio or cosmopolitan are much better options.

i came here for the christmas holiday dinner buffet with my husband and found it way too overpriced. thepricefor the holiday dinner buffet was much higher than the standard $50/person.
first there was a 2-hour wait time for the dinner buffet, and because we didn't want to wait that long we paid an extra surcharge for the separate vip-ish line that was much shorter. our total came to about $200 with tax and tip.
when we got into the buffet, we were overwhelmed with all the food, but to be honest much of the food tasted only average or mediocre. maybe this was because the buffet was packed with so many people during the holiday season, but everything was just a waste of my money. nothing really stood out, many of the dishes could be found elsewhere, the food stations were relatively dirty with scrap food lying around, and overall, it was too hectic in there.
the fresh seafood station was always empty because people took way too many at one time and the chicken and waffles...everyone took the chicken but not the waffles so there were lonely waffles laying around with no chicken.
i'm not going back and i prefer wicked spoon!
