excessive indulgence. bacchanal is truly a feast worthy of baccus. this is where gluttony meets flavor.

in general, i dislike buffets - but felt the need to experience this place - and i am so glad i did. trying to serve myself the smallest possible portions, i probably only sampled only 30% of what was offered before i threw in the towel. nothing i tried was below par but there were a few stand outs. especially exceptional were the fine desserts and the gelato. nothing cleanses a palate after plates of decadence than some watermelon or blood orange sorbet.

the interior was modern and fresh - and felt much more like a fine dining place than a buffet. service was prompt, with my ised tea never getting less than half full.

i'd definitely recommend as the one place you must eat at in vegas.

we went to mothers day brunch. really doesn't worth it. at staggering almost 150$ bill for 2 people for brunch it really really doesnt worth it. food is mediocre and if you are going for crab legs:cold, soggy, oversalted, meh.

as advices by many had to try out the best brunch buffet of vegas at caesars palace. there was a huge line to enter and register and even inside it was packed. walking in thought there won't be any veggie options but in fact the whole buffet was spread out with desserts, salad, sea food, live counters and bread section. it covered a variety cuisines as well - italian, chinese, mexican, mediterranean.
quality of the food was fantastic and the food was mouth watering delicious.
food -
yogurt glass was amazing with a hint of cinnamon flakes and berries. 🍦
hummus appetiser was perfectly blended.
rocket leaves and beet with cheese was a refreshing glass of salad.
caesar salad was amazing. it was amazing and the dressing was just so fresh. 🥗
garlic bun was freshly made with the right hit of garlic and butter. 🍞
margarita pizza was oozing with flavours of basil and parmesan. 🍕
vegetable spring roll was loaded with vegetables.
chefs special white sauce pasta was okay. it was bland for my taste. 🍝
tacos were freshly heated and served and you had to pick your own toppings and make it.
there was a variety of eggs 🍳- fried egg with bacon, egg benedict etc.

desserts -
creme brûlée was out of this world. it was one of the best i've ever had. glazed to perfection.
pecan pastry was good but too sweet for my liking.
raspberry sugar free mousse - i didn't quite like it as it was too spongy.
crepes with nutella and berry sauce was amazing and the best part it wasn't eggy.

i would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to vegas. the ambience is great and can spend good couple of hours eating and chatting.

good but don't go for the king crab!. we recently ate at bacchanal and actually went mainly for the king crab. most of the food was good some better than the rest. there is such a large selection that if one doesn't like a certain dish, there are hundreds of others to take its place.

one huge disappointment was the king crab. on the buffet table the crab selection was 85% snow crab with the rest being a few meager pieces of king crab. this bordered on mis-representation because they advertise that king crab is one of their main draws. so, unless this changes and they offer what they advertise - we won't go back.

january 19, 2015 beautiful paris! the title basically sums up the whole trip. i boarded the plane with a digital list of restaurants, caf é s, bakeries, ice-cream stores and popular hotspots; needless to say i left the strip very satisfied (and full). happy stomach equates to happy shirley! sadly i wasn’t fast enough to take pictures of all the food before it was gone so here are a few snapshots! no caption needed ;) yaaaaaas i joined the #basic instafam in taking pictures of in-n-out . the burgers definitely lived up to its juicy hype but unfortunately the fries were a total letdown. it tasted like complete cardboard; my heart sank to the bottom of the ocean. mcdonald’s still rules in the fries universe! secret pizza the not-so- secret pizza blew my mind with its portion. the size of one slice was so big that i could barely hold it with two hands. of course, you’d only see something this large in the land of amurrica! it tasted pretty average but definitely worth it for the price. sadly only captured round 1 vegas is quite notorious for its grand buffets so we might as well go to the king of all buffets: bacchanal inside caesar’s palace. they claim to have over 500 selections with a wide variety of cuisines from around the world. i only took a picture of our first round so multiply that by 3 and you’ll understand how much we consumed. their dessert section was by far my favourite part and i wish i could’ve had one bite of every single one of them #onebitewonder. gelato, cakes, tarts, macarons, crepes, cake pops, cupcakes,  cheesecakes…you name it

for the hefty price tag 50 ea, food doesn't match : ( nope crab legs cheap and small mixed with a few alaska king but they too were small. had better at mirage cravings!! only 1 station for seafood and long line to wait in. while in line staff keeps cutting through line with dirty dishes and dirty towels, not just 1 time but multiple. you would think a new resturant would have better layout. not that big of selection!

i have eaten only once, and it was pleasant experience. i would have to say that in terms of price i think it is a little expensive for the quality of the food. i also found the the restaurant to be quite noisy, and not necessarily the cleanest place on the strip.

a trip to las vegas is not complete without a meal (or meals) at the buffet! although we would have loved to go to every single buffet in las vegas, the price would quickly add up!. after watching some strictly dumpling videos, we decided to go to bacchanal buffet at caesar’s palace! anyone else watch his videos?

this extravagant restaurant is situated inside the caesar restaurant. went for the dinner buffet, excellent range of food selections, from seafood, cooked meat to desserts. different styles of dishes such as american, japanese, greek...

we made a vip reservation to skip the massive queue. all drinks were complimentary with the vip.

downside was the price and nosiness

taste: 8.5/10
presentation: 9/10
service: 8/10
ambience: 8.5/10
value for money: 7/10

price $110 per person (incl alcohol)

a huge variety of food here at this buffet! i came to bacchanal buffet during my trip to las vegas in january and i was shocked with the amount of fresh food available. there were a lot of choices of seafood (i loved the crab legs) and fresh vegetables too! i loved the marinated olives, they tasted so flavourful. i also tried the sorbet there and it was delicious! i really liked the lemon basil sorbet. definitely come here on an empty stomach because you’ll definitely leave full and extremely satisfied.

we went for dinner tonight.. no king crab legs (i couldn't find them past half hour, until i almost to leave.. 2 of us just tried 4 pieces of it, we are not big fan of it) , peking duck, big snails as in september dinner buffet.. but its usd $10 less than in september.

we paid usd $54 + $8 tips per person. not much line up.. waited less than 15 minutes..

i didn't eat much.. i tried...

waygu beef... 1st slice was too cooked, chewy and hard to cut... 2 and piece was medium rare.. way better...

prime rib... way better than waygu beef... more juicy

beef morrow bone.... too fat.. too much herbs on top

fresh oysters... pretty fresh

snails... a lot of sand inside

t bone lamb... extremely dried and over cooked

ribs ... taste too much curry on it

some dessert..

some juice and red wine as well..

there's a lot of selections... but not worth for the price we paid for...
