after receiving a poor experience the first time, we decided to return and give it another shot. we were even more disappointed the second time, not only with the food, but with the service. upon arriving to collect our order, we were told ourorderwas not sent through to the kitchen and were asked to wait another 45 minutes.

this is not good sushi. ordered via mr delivery and theordertook over 2 hours to arrive. when it finally arrived, it was a bunch of sad sushi with cold deep fried accompaniments that were not very tasty either.

this was the second asami branch i’ve tried and both were not the greatest. i’ll definitely not be back!

i wasn’t really impressed with the service. ordered take away, and even though i was late picking up, it wasn’t ready yet. finally got my order, drove back home, just to find out myorderwas wrong.

great sushi and good variety around the belt! the all you can eat option is a bargain, take it you can have anything on the belt as well asorderoff the menu if not available. sushi is fresh and very tasty. service was very friendly and quick, thanks

was in somerset west after hitting the elgin area and wanted a spot of sushi. i whip out the zomato and locate asami's in sonerset west. it's a bit of a mission to locate as i thought it was in the main mall but across the road in the value mart.

all you can eat can be a bit suspect. you ask yourself, how long has the food been there and if it was fresh. i can assure you that the food the fresh as it gets and regularly gets taken, switched out and eaten by the patrons around the conveyer belt bar.

if you don't eat a lot thenordera couple of plates. if you are sure, eat away and let them tally the plates at the end.

good place to just chill, eat some sushi and relax.
