before my dad took me to the airport last night we stopped at andina in portland. we had talked about peruvian restaurants and that we had never been to any. then i was reading his aaa magazine and andina was mentioned - so i called for a reservation. the

love this place!. i enjoy the wonderful mix of flavors and textures of the food. every dish i have tried has been great. my peruvian friend has said "this is the closest you get to true peruvian cuisine."

*the sacsayhuaman (habanero infused vodka cocktail) is a must try.

original & exciting. a totally novel idea of novo-peruvian tapas in 3 different sizes: there are so many things to try and so much variety and most of it tastes great.

peru with a twist. andina is a perfect bend of the peruvian food my mother made and the inventive nuevo latino flair of the most upscale restaurants. i would suggest it to anybody looking for a delicious meal, iin an amazing ambiance. oh, and the cocktails are amazing!!!
