a verygoodspot, the burgers aregoodas expected. they make sure it is indeed a medium rare patty when you ask for the medium rare, unlike other burger places i’ve been to. service is quick. recommended!

this place wasgoodrestaurant . by far. seriously. i ate at several different places and this place is the good. service, food, drink selection...all good! staff were good

almost definitely the best burger i've ever had. it's not the cheapest burger you'll find on the streets, and you have to time it well (i.e., come between 8:00-9:00, and expect to be told to come back in 30 mins, but don't worry; they have agoodtexting notification system to let you know a table's ready). i don't think bookings are available, but once you're in the door, it's got some great drinks, shakes, beers... the fries are amazing, and a great choice of toppings, and the burgers are to die for. will definitely be back soon!

i absolutely love almost famous, it’s the epitome of indie chic, the burgers are amazinglygoodand the service is efficient. yes, it slightly more refined than the old almost famous but that’s not really a bad thing. and at £15 per head, i left with my wallet as full as my stomach. almost famous somehow manages to live up to all the hype and that’s why i call this restaurant a manchester institution.

great burgers and chips !. went here recently with friends and each one of us loved the burgers and the chips too. so if you want agoodburger in manchester , this is the place to be. and i've eaten burgers around the world and i still think this one is right up there, contrary to what others have said. they do take their time in getting the order but the wait is worth it. on a sunday we had to queue up a short time but didn't mind that. i thought the staff were courteous too. only negative is the cocktails which weren't at all good, we tried different ones too..the serving in bottles concept was a nice touch though. it's agoodatmosphere to relax in and informal environment. and if its burgers you are after , get there !

i ordered the “triple nom burger” (don’t even get me started on the knobby use of the word ‘nom’) – the burger itself was quitegoodbut i’m just not a fan of eating one out of my nan’s plastic peg basket (or drinking out of a jam jar).
