i love this place. always lovely service and fast even thought it can get a bit busy during lunch time. i ordered the shrromm which was a generous mushrooms with egg and bread but with a japanese flavour. i loved it so much, i have had it 3 times already. i hope they dont take this item off themenuas it is too delicious.

i used to love this place but haven't been back since themenuhas changed. the quality isn't as good as it used to be. so disappointed when they removed the waffles off the menu, they always used to sell quickly too!

another consistent place. predicablemenubut they do it well. never been a fan of the order and pay at the counter places (prefer table service) and the long and wait to order can be long around lunchtime. food pretty good on the whole and their milkshakes nice in the old school milk bottles. coffee is so-so - there are better places in chch for coffee. would love it if they could upgrade their tired and dated sofas. just a bit too dirty for my liking.

amazing food! they do the best breakfasts (i'm in love with their french toast and filo bananas) and the lunchmenuis usually just as good. the cabinet food is underwhelming though. good coffee, fun table numbering system (they use flags) but often packed to capacity- which sometimes leads to making new friends as someone usually invites you into a spare seat at their table. because of the fast pace it isn't a very relaxing cafe, but definitely worth visiting if you want some great food.

great coffee, although if your taking away allow plenty of time as they're always busy.menufood excellent, cabinet food needs new options almost always has the same things. great service, staff friendly and accommodating.
