the breakfast bufffet was winsome,the ambience is good too..but the only drawback i felt was that there is less variety in their menu.!!💫💫

ate some butter chicken and had water after going for hilight tribe. a really refreshing meal imo tbhqlz

today 21st sep 2019, 04 of us went for evening snacks to 24/7 lalit ashok coffee shop and ordered 01 chicken and 01 veg sandwich !! to our surprise the quantity of sandwich served was so pathetic, the smallest bread available was served and on top of all we were served normal brown bread instead of multi grain bread though we informed prior to them to serve multigrain...also we ordered a portion of onion pakoras with 01 tea and 01 coffee. now comes the biggest surprise, the total bill amount of rs 3,894.00 this is plain robbery and does not expect to happen with so called reputed star hotels. the restaurant is not less than jw mariott - chandigarh been famous recently for the most expensive bananas ). this review is to make everyone aware of the insane pricing and portion quantity.

during my stay here i got the chance to devour their morning breakfast buffet. though the spread was huge but couldn't find something new and exciting dishes, just the regular things including south indian and north indian cuisines, plus a range of bread and few english breakfast items. well, i tried south indian and north indian cuisines, all of them were okayish in taste given i was having breakfast in a 5* hotel. the best thing i liked about breakfast was the pancakes, they were so soft and delicious, accompanied with chocolate syrup and blueberry jam. i had it twice and was completely in awe of it. lady chef(unable to recall her name) has really done full justice to the pancakes.

walked in here for brunch on sunday afternoon. they have the brunch served in the poolside garden.
since i had never been to any buffet restaurant with the spread served in the garden, i was super excited and trust me it was worth the expectation.
there was a live performance happening and with all the classics being played which was a cherry on the top.
coming to the food, there were a few live counters serving chats, pasta, chinese, few south indian delicacies, fries and tava fried veggies and meat.
in the drinks they had wine, beer, scotch, aerated beverages and fruit juices.
the main course spread was also good with two dessert being served along.
everything on the spread tasted heavenly.
there was a clown and a guy making fancy shapes from the balloon for the entertainment of the kids and a tattoo artist.
overall i had an amazing experience, would definitely recommend and would also like to visit again

you don't feel it's a 5 star hotel.everything from food to service just at the margin.
i had been there for a special occasion, they had promised so many things but ended up doing nothing.
no great place for the kind of money you pay

walked in here for evening coffee and was really impressed with the kind of espresso served. fantastic service and great ambience by the poolside. very impressive. beyond what i expected.

please avoid this place and go to some other place..
mr. amit is non courteous - no reply at all when we told him that service is extremely slow (it takes 20 minutes for a bill so imagine the time it took for our food).

amazing place to have good food and to chill while eating. pool view, open area. overall and amazing place to have good food with good mood. according to me their breakfast buffet is amazing. i just love their breakfast. also their club sandwich is amazing.

we had visited the lunch buffet for our anniversary. as per request i got special sweet to surprise my wife. later we on to have buffet. as it was quite good . we did not get dry or crispy veg or non starter. but however overall it was a good buffet. in last we got cake to celebrate our anniversary, no one did not wish and the service caption was just standing silent, this was not good. anyways it was nice time.

we visited this place on our anniversary for dinner. it was weekday hence hardly any crowd. ambiance is just ok. you don't feel like you are at a star restaurant. firstly there were hardly any staff to guide us there. apparently they had a live burger counter where the chef was not around so we did not know who to ask for. the starters are served to the table which was average. there was some veg kebab which was undercooked. mocktail was really good. their dahi vada below average, chaat had to be assembled by ourselves which had very bland chutney which did not give the taste of chaat. being a vegetarian, very few options available. their lasagna was really good. most of italian and chinese starters were not like wow. they were very average. believe me we just had one dal, one main course paneer dish with the rotis. dal makhani was really tasty. paneer was not even worth a mention. the salad options were average as well. absolutely not worth the price you pay. you can actually get great food outside for the price you pay here.

very nice ambiance and hospitality. buffet food quality and service was very good . it is a cool place to hang out with family. must visit place.

i had lunch buffet few days back at this restaurant.
first of all the hotels ambience and interior is really attractive. they had so many options in lunch. food quality was also very high. foot was tasty.
staff was good, quick service.

they don't accept zomato gold on buffet. you feel like you have went to a normal 1 star restaurant. extremely crowded. you can't spend a peaceful time. hotel does not resemble the pics. outside seating is not allowed. they have covered the outside seats with bead sheets. they have blocked the view of swimming pool and garden.

visited this place on a wednesday afternoon for lunch. unfortunately there was also a private event in the lawns outside maybe because of which the service and food were of a very substandard quality. the pasta that was made at the live counters was made in the worst possible way, appams from the live counter also came to us cold, the food lacked taste and was kept out for a very long time and they didn't have something basic like vanilla ice cream. it was quite chaotic as there were multiple people serving us. the hotel should keep in mind that guests should be informed while making a reservation if there is a large private event going on that would hamper the ambience and experience for other guests. as it was my parents' anniversary and we were a group of 12 celebrating, our experience was entirely ruined by all the chaos and the bad tasting food. the staff was trying to be as helpful as possible however, it didn't compensate for the experience being messed up.
