awesome dj. this is our favorite spot to go for drinks and anightout. awesome music and selection of drinks. its always busy and the servers generally do a good job with the craziness! the only bad thing i have to say is that when there is a lineup outside anyone who knows "someone" gets in before you no matter how long you were in the lineup. i stood in the lineup onenightfor quite some time repeatedly being told they were at capacity only to watch ten people go through before me as vip.

i enjoy the room, have been going there for a long time since it was a much smaller space with no roof top patio. the service is good, the food is consistent.

i had a store down the street and used to get the staff brunch to share on saturdays. it is one of my go to patio places on my patio tours in the summer. the food is good, love the burgers winenightis a goodnightto go, it is a busy place most of the time.

arrived thursdaynightto meet some friends for buck a shuck night.  for a beer house, they didn’t have an extensive menu in comparison to the craft restaurants that are available and i would describe 1410 more like your neighborhood pub.

while our waitress was friendly, she didn’t provide the best service.  the chef/cook came out of the kitchen to serve us our oysters and the manager was taking our orders throughout thenightbecause we didn’t know where our server was. 

there were only two kinds of oysters – west or east coast but for $1/oyster, you really can’t complain.  thursdays is also $13 burger nights and we tried the world class and the spolumbo’s italian pork burgers. the world class burger was a bit dry whereas the pork burger was slightly spicy but delicious.  i would not say these burgers were worth their regular price of  $19 and $17 though.

managers was incredibly rude lastnightto us in line. i have been to 1410 many times and always enjoyed myself, but couldn't believe how ridiculous the doorman and the manager were being. i am not one to belittle another's job, but seriously, no need to act like a jerk.(especially during playoffs)

great for people watching and cheap!. i went here with a friend on a thursdaynight3 weeks ago and i gotta say that i was pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of food. i went here knowing fully well that it was going to be busy and extremely loud, which it was. my friend and i had to lean in and yell at each other in order to hear half of our conversation. although it was loud, we both agreed that we loved the energy and we both love people watching so we were definitely happy. our waitress was super nice! (i wish i remembered her name, she was a nice petite asian girl) she recommended us on places to go after dinner and answered all our questions about the menu with a smile. i ordered the apple bacon brie sandwich with the fries and corn chowder all for $15! i don't like brie cheese and she was more than happy to list off the other cheeses i could substitute it with. the food was served within reasonable amount of time and i was happy with all of it. the chowder was divine. i could have drank a massive bowl of that soup. the burger was delicious and the apple really brought a different taste and texture to it. the fries were good too. all in all i highly recommend going if you want bang for your buck and fun atmosphere, but be prepared to yell at your friends.

if you like douches, this is the place for you! i thought this would be a cool beer house but was hugely mistaken. went on a thursdaynightand it was packed with bros & hoes shouting at each other over the ridiculously loud music.

wingnightregulars.. we go here frequently for wingnightwhich is good cause i love their greek wings. service is very hit or miss. food is good. mushroom soup is my favourite in the city (so far). but their nachos leave a little to be desired.. overall, fun place with tasty food.

repeat offender. i come here way too often. great choice for anightout, but even better for a lazy sunday brunch and afternoon drinks with friends. friendly crowd. the patio is cramped, but i hear they're opening a rooftop patio soon, and the tvs are key... the service is usually fine, my favorite menu their brunch menu (it's also relatively inexpensive) and i can always find a table, unlike other brunch places in calgary. it's always packed for a reason!

horrible service. i don't know what happened to this place, but it used to be so much better. it was crazy packed and loud, but i guess that's okay considering it was saturdaynightbut the fact that our service was so terrible, it makes me not want to come back. the food wasn't as great as before and our server was so slow, everything took so long to get, and what was worst i was told it was ladiesnighton saturday with free complimentary drinks but we didn't get any and they said nothing. they didn't answer us about it and instead gave us chocolate covered strawberries instead. the only reason i came was we thought it would be fun for a birthday and to get free drinks for the ladies. disappointed.

best sunday session in town!. 1410 has become our favorite hangout, hands down, day or night, in this city. they always have great servers (ask to sit in nora's section!), awesome management that make sure you're looked after, and delicious food. crowd is always fun whether you're there for lunch or to dance thenightaway... it's such a good vibe (especially on sundays!!!). if you're looking to meet new people, try some foreign beer or watch the game and haven't been to 1410 yet, you're seriously missing out!

terrible service and overpriced. if you want to pay $7.50 for a beer and get terrible service this is the place for you. this place is extremely over priced with rude waitresses that cater to the 18 year old crowd. if you actually get to order your food and receive it before thenightis over you will be dissapointed.

great for wing night. i often visit 1410 on a mondaynightfor $4 coronas and cheap wings- hot wings hit the spot andranch dip is good. had a bad experience here at brunch once so would never go back for that, but for a local wingnightit hits the spot.

fun latenightspot. tasty eats, like the wings and seafood dishes, but next time i wouldn't bother with the dips. i heard the mussels are pretty tasty, so i'm eager to try those out. i also heard they have mussels on special on saturday, and ribs on special on sunday. good to know.
i like the fact they serve mill st. beer, including the ice lemon tea version.

noisy friday night. we went here for my husband's birthday party on a fridaynightwith friends. i liked that they gave us a good size table with our reservation and i like that you can do a reservation online on their website. they turn into a nightclub after about 9pm which isn't great if you want to have a conversation with friends. i didn't like that. the food was great and our server was excellent. we will definitely come back for the beer selection.

insincere. went the othernightand had great oysters! the portion sizes are huge and the prices were good! but i hate how the servers are forced to shake your hand and ask your first name. i find it to be tacky and insincere.
