amazing food. love this place. i've been 3 times now and each time the food has been outstanding! little cramped on the inside but who cares the food is some of the best i have tasted.greatselections of coffee too. now that it is nicer i will check out the patio.

funky atmosphere and good food. the place reminds me of cafes i used to go to in the kootenay's in the 70's. my husband and i felt right at home! we really liked our rice bowls (jivin' jerk and sushi) and the espresso was hot and fresh. it's nice to find a (relatively) local restaurant that doesn't serve deep fried everything, chunks of greasy meat and watery fat-laden salads. kermit may find it hard being green but we find it hard being vegan in saskatchewan! it'sgreatto find a restaurant that is into 'kind food', (though there are a few 'cruel food' items on the menu for those who need it).

awesome as always. i met my wife at 13th ave food & coffee house today for lunch and as always the food and service far exceeded our expectations. we sat outside on the newly renovated patio and enjoyed our lunch. the experience started inside while we were served by the manager, she was super helpful with our requests and the food came our super fast and right to order. long known for the city's best vegan ceaser salad i'd vote for the fiesta bowl that i had today as rice bowl ever. we will defiantly go back again and again, keep up thegreatwork guys. thanks

love it here. i've been a fan for years.... food is fresh, service is quick, menu items are healthy. i highly recommend everything on the menu, but my favourites are the guacamole wrap (fresh and crunchy), the big burrito, any of the veggie burgers or rice bowls (green curry one is a fav), the veggie chilli is excellent, and depending on the soup of the day- most often it is delicious too. place can be small, but agreatplace for you and a plus one for some intimate "coffee talk".

i used to love this place. the menu isgreatfor vegetarians but over the last year the food has gone way down hill. inconsistent to say the least. improperly prepared sometimes (i had a soup that appeared to be canned lentils in tepid water). i keep trying hoping it was an off day but the last five times have been awful.

used to be better. this place wasgreatwhen it first opened. it has since changed hands a couple of times and declined each time it changed hands. it is still ok but not what it used to be. it remains a reasonable choice for vegetarian food.

customer service could use some work.. i've been here around 15 times since it first opened in 2000 or so. a longstanding fixture in cathedral. sadly, i've noticed the customer service has declined pretty badly in the past year or so. i like the food but the waitresses there are very abrupt, non personable and almost "snooty". i've asked them about ingredients in their meals and they don't seem to want to discuss it. maybe i'm picky but i just wanted to know what "bee pollen" was. the prices are also pretty high. all in all, pretty good vegetarian food but would not go again because of the service. if i am paying that much for a breakfast bowl, veggie bowl or latte i expectgreatcustomer service. seems to be too much to ask now a days in these high end coffee shops.

favourite travelling stop. i totally enjoy every visit to the 13th avenue coffee house. the wonderful coffee blends andgreatfood makes it a must to eat at when i visit regina. i look forward to a delicious chocolate chip cookie and agreatcup of coffee when i visit in the near future.

thumbs up!. super nutritious andgreattasting food! i like how they carry paddock wood beer from saskatoon. still haven't tried the famous breakfast bowls.

food is great. the food is flavorful and very quick. i would recommend this restaurant, it has agreatvibe in an old house. the only this is that the water is warm and has the "regina water" taste to it.

loved the spot !. wonderful choice of vegan and vegetarian food ! loved the 'sushi bowl' the first time i went, not to mention the veggie burger for my second visit. excellent coffee and friendly personnel. i would recommend it at any time !greatplace !
