the one on the promenade..amazing ice cream! sea salt, pineapple ginger must try! better than others here that claim to have gelato! this was true gelato. cake we tried chocolate mousse which was good too!

the instructions and cake photo on zomato doesnt match how it looks , and writings on cake are soo uneven and very bad

zuka, the name in itself is a renowned brand. it was my first time to the café. as you step in, you’d be welcomed by the aroma of chocolates all around.

the first thing which anyone would recommend at this spot is their hot chocolate. it was served with a chocolate spoon and some chocolate flakes in a miniature choco tub. as you sip in, you’d realize why it is rated so high. he deserves it.
the wide assortment of chocolates and cakes are their strengths and i went to try their milk, dark and white chocolate pakoras. their texture looks like a pakora and that’s why the name. apart from that, you could only taste sweet and crisp chocolates all around.
vodka truffle is particular deserves a special mention; it had the short kick with the sour truffle all over it.

they’ve got decent seating space with great lighting and ambience. courteous service was appreciable even though i was all alone at the shop by then.

we got the butterscotch crispees as they seemed a bit different. loved the flavour of butterscotch coated with chocolate on the outside.

excellent variety. their hot chocolate is to die for. a chocolate lovers paradise. cheesecakes were just perfect. and ofcourse, their chocolate pakoras.. there's nothing here that you will not like.

having a chocolate rush ...this is exactly the place to go to ..

we ordered chocolate moose and hot chocolate .
treat for the eyes and tongue .its not very sweet .
loved the taste .
got some chocolates packed .

after reading a tonn about the this place being the heaven on earth for the people with sweet tooth, i was a bit disappointed. except the chocolate butterflies on the ceiling i found nothing very interesting and since we had herd so much about it we went out straight ordering 1 pastry for each of us, but to our surprise the mousse was to dense and dark and the other pastries were dry too. i am a baker too and i love light and moist pastries not dense and dry ones. so this place was definitely a let down for me and i think its just over hyped...

have tried cake and chocolate pakoda.cake looked good but tasted normal and this 4 rating is only for their chocolate pakoda.white chocolate and milk chocolate is a must try but the cost is on slightly higher side when compared to their shop size.

nice cozy place to get comfortable. awesome desserts to try out, a bit expensive but totally worth it. ambience is quite good other than this place is in high demand and hence is crowded at times.

during my stay at puducherry, i visited this bakery shop as i've heard a lot about it. and damn the experience was an eternal bliss! the places is as big as a bakery should be. seating for max 12 people at the moment! the place was medium lit. let's jump to the food now:

rainbow pastry : this is the most insta-worthy content one must have witnessed on instagram from time to time. the pastry was lip smacking and melted in the mouth perfectly.

black currant mousse : my favourite or say my precious.

cake: since it was my father's birthday we planned to get the cake form zuka, and i'm glad that i did! i must tell you the cake we had was atleast 3 times the cost if it was served jus in delhi. it was a dream.

verdict: once in puducherry, this place is definitely worth visiting. don't even think about missing this!

omg i love hot chocolate very much.. ..they were very chocolicious.....it tempts me to visit zuka again and again.....i love all of their products

this place has been on my list for quite sometime. was here at around 10 in the night.

most of the desserts were over. we were left only with brownies and chocolates.

tried their walnut brownie. it rather tasted like a cake, still amazing. 💕

will definitely go back to try the rest of their desserts.
