for every chocolate lover in pondy... this is your place to go!!! they have a good selection of pastries and desserts.. their hot chocolate is something for those rainy, cold days.. good ambience, polite waiters.. must try place!!

average pastries | very over priced chocolates. do not buy

some of their pastries are yumm! do try moksha pastry. rainbow pastry, looks beautiful on pictures, in reality it's disappointing. it is completely dry and rough with layers of colourful cake, and very basic cream at each layer. chocolates are very very over priced and not that pleasing in taste, 100 grams at ₹170. do not buy chocolates from this place. their chocolates are basic in taste. dairy milk chocolate tastes better than zuka chocolates, and are less cheaper compared to chocolate prices in zuka. they don't even offer free chocolate tasting, they tell you to buy and eat it for minimum ₹50.

this is a must visit place if you are into desserts... mouth watering range of chocolates, pastries, mousse n much more guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth... their desserts aren't just tasty but stunning to look at too... practitioners of the sweet art!!!

small pastry shop with good interiors done. lighting's are good. wonder why i am not talking about food, because there is nothing special about it. most of their products are mousse based including their cheese cakes which is actually another type of mousse cake. chocolates sold are very expensive for what you get to taste. have lot of money and not worries about the taste this place is good to spend. if you are a mousse liker then enjoy all the pastries.

after reading the positive reviews in zomato, i was expecting a pleasant experience, however it was the exactly opposite. the food as such was decent but the service provided by the staff was horrible. they behaved in a very dude way and were not attentive to our orders. on top the cleanliness of the place is extremely poor. the tables were not clean when we arrived so we requested them to clean the tables, they used a tissue to clean the table just for namesake and left the tissue on the table. i also noticed that they were disposing the remains of the hot chocolate on the same hand wash we use and therefore it was clogging the vase. i was shocked that this is one of the highest rated cafe is zomato.

the desserts available are really nice but the attitude of the staff was really bad. they barely responded when we enquired about the desserts. when asked to clean the table as the tables were dirty they ignored to do so. another thing we noticed os that the waste ( hot chocolate remains) were dumped into the customers wash basin clogging it and making it unusable for us. really disappointed with place. after reading many positive reviews from zomato we eagerly visited the place just to see the attitude of the staffs. a great place for the desserts spoiled by such attitudenof staffs and the lack of cleanliness.

i had high expectations seeing the reviews and ratings on zomato but it was an utter disappointment tasting the first order which was red velvet cheesecake. it was too creamy and bland. my second order was brownie with ice cream (it actually had a fancy name which i can't remember now) but it was really yum especially the ice cream .
next time i visit zuka i would try more options.

the best place in pondicherry for desserts! we went to this place thrice during our two day stay, and never got disappointed... "moksha" is a must try for all chocolate lovers!

i ordered hot chocolate and it was so awesome..... service is also quick....price is also not so high.... ambience was so good....you can here hangout with your family and friends

i absolutely love this place and recommend everyone who goes to pondicherry to go here. if you're a chocolate lover, you should definitely experience what zuka has to offer... i highly recommend the hot chocolate here...i've never had anything better..it's a small beautiful place and the people working there are amazing...

as they claim, zuka really make the 2nd best coffee in the hometown.
(best one is homemade coffee)
i tried their rainbow cake, italian chocolate , hazelnut cinnamon coffee. all were amazing. this place really deserve 5 star. i would definitely recommend this place.

pondicherry is known for its bakery stuff and deserts...one place whch is must try for desert is zuka..dark choclate truffle direclty melts down...it was yumm..my friends called for their cheese cake whch was alsoo yummm...dey hv many more varietess...must visit place
