great place to visit for some delicious arabic lebanese cuisine experience. live music, green atmosphere makes you feel relaxed andstaffis always friendly. so far my favorite place for shisha and delicious salads and grills.

we visited zaytoni for a family dinner ...the restaurant is quite spacious and being a large group with kids we were well accomodated..
thestaffare friendly and courteous.. we tried a variety of dishes.. falafels, humoos, tabbouleh and cheese and zaatar manakeesh.
all the dishes were served hot and were flavourful..
our only complain was that the umm ali took way too long to be served.
however overall a good experience...!

ambience

a really cool villa right on beach road with amazing seating, nice atrium and separate smoking area.

food

i had the lunch special and chose a chicken biryani and let me tell you, this dish is out of this world. it came in the traditional clay pot covered with the bread as usual and the taste was out of this world. the chicken seemed to be all breast, no fat, no bones, exactly my taste and to top it off a generous portion of yoghurt to go with it!

shisha

very good shisha, super attentivestaffthat looks after it, so very happy with that.

price

lunch menu deal is very attractive, you get a very high quality meal and service for a very good price.

will be back for sure!!

i have always had a good time at zaytooni. their grills are delicious. the spicy potatoes are upto mark. i am always happy there.staffis so friendly. food is served hot and on time.

thestaffare unprofessional, the seating area is crowded and the seats are uncomfortable. the food portions are ridiculous and overpriced.

i like everything of this place. ambience is cosy and simple, still stylish. service is excellent andstaffis very kind. food is amazing for both quality and variety of selections on the menu. it clearly shows its armenian roots. definitively recommended.

and if there is more than 5 stars i will give to this restaurant, their weekend breakfast open buffet just amazing ,staffare very friendly and nice performance , love every thing on the buffet , just need to change the eggplant fata and replace it with chickpeas fata which will be more nicer for breakfast, highly recommended place to try . well done and please don't change keep this quality

visited zaytoni. restaurant for breakfast with my family and parents and all of us agreed that it was great experience and delicious food
service was very good

this is our second visit to zaytoni as we came here before for dinner with shisha

average restaurant with mediocre food and service. the only nice thing was the decor and location besides that the store andstaffneed a lot of improvement. there are many other arabic choices close by so would prefer to go there instead.

nice decorations, but food is normal we ordered kebab bel karaz it was like a cherry jam or cherry cheese cake topping just over normal kebab ,staffare friendly .

not impressed at all. from the time we ordered to receiving the food took 50 mins. thestaffsaid the reason it took so long was cos it was so busy. they clearly need to hire morestaffto deal with the amount of customers waiting. the water we drank was warm and we asked 4 times for ice and did not receive it until we had paid and made a complaint to a different waiter. will not be goin here again. the food wasn’t even that nice. nothing special at all.

very pleasant outlet with a cozy atmosphere. the servicestaffhas been excellent, polite and attentive. i liked the fusion between lebanese and armenian cuisines and i had the best hommus i ever tasted. presentation was also good. unfortunately, what did not give this outlet full marks, is the fish (grilled hammour) that had a very bad smell and did not taste right. it felt like it was not fresh and i had to return it. thestaffwas very apologetic about this but they should be more careful with the food they serve at the tables to avoid any disappointment from the customer. shisha was served at this restaurant. medium prices.

the ambience is mind blowing and makes you stop here. we ordered for kashkaval cheese saj, hummus beiruti, mixed seafood platter, armenian chicken and a watermelon juice. the food was delicious, filling and thestaffwas very cooperative. worth trying for sure!

went to this place with my wife, we ordered several items, we enjoyed the food so much, i even want to come to try other stuff on their menu
the food we ordered was very nice, thestaffwere very polite, very helpful and kind.
we ordered waraq (wine leafs), spicy potato, cherry kabab and some other stuff, all were amazing, the portions are rich, the prices are very reasonable, nice location and ambiance, you can watch football matches and they serve shisha. this is a favorite place for me now.

large restaurant with comfortable seating, valet parking available and non smoking area for families.
