great service and courteous staff. i dont eat garlic in myfoodand the server knew instantly which items didn't have garlic.foodwas served hot and the shisha was smooth.

i have always had a good time at zaytooni. their grills are delicious. the spicy potatoes are upto mark. i am always happy there. staff is so friendly.foodis served hot and on time.

placed an order for hummus bairoti and armenian chicken. the hummus was totally spoiled and smelling badly, as if it’s been kept for many days and has gone bad. the chicken was bland and flavourless and hard as rubber. very badfoodquality, never ordering from here ever again.

we visited for lunch , at this point restaurant wasn't particular busy. we ordered drinks and they took 15 minutes to arrive with the waiter having to ask us a second time for our order.foodservice was very slow, there was a mix up withfoodorders and we were served the order in which the table next to us had ordered. it took 45 minutes for our order to arrive!
the positives are the location and nice view over jumeirah beach road. restaurant itself is very nice and spacious. in regards to food, no complaints, very delicious and good portions. i would be happy to return to zaytoni, but hope the service will be improving on my next visit.

i like everything of this place. ambience is cosy and simple, still stylish. service is excellent and staff is very kind.foodis amazing for both quality and variety of selections on the menu. it clearly shows its armenian roots. definitively recommended.

enjoyed our time here.foodcame fairly fast and was good. the shish kabob was a bit over done and the lemon with mint was nearly tasteless. the rest of thefoodwas delicious especially the mezza. sheesha was good but had trouble every time we requested more charcoal.

i love this place so much. it is so quiet and good to clear your mind.the decoration and the design are so relaxing .the restaurant is lebanese and armanian .i've been there for a breakfast buffet. thefoodwas so amazing, a variety of yummy dishes especially the falafel 😍i was so excited to try it ,but it really was tastey.many kinds of hot dishes and tempting appetizers for breakfast sure..i really like it,and the prices are so affordable especially the buffet, so nice price.

a decent restaurant to have arabicfoodin dubai with promising service and ambience

i ordered american chicken and watermelon juice. american chicken was a bit spicy as mentioned by server and watermelon juice was fresh. my cousins ordered dishes of their choice. over all, we felt that thefoodwas tasty and hygienic. no one had complaints.

staff were attentive, properly mannered and dressed elegantly which matched the locality where the restaurant is. i can say that the service was better than the way i expected it to be.

ambience was top notch. prices are decent for the service andfoodthey offer.

overall, its a good fine dine arabic restaurant to visit in dubai. i will recommend this to someone who wants to visit a decent restaurant with their family.

average restaurant with mediocrefoodand service. the only nice thing was the decor and location besides that the store and staff need a lot of improvement. there are many other arabic choices close by so would prefer to go there instead.
