zaytoni zaytoni zaytoni, my favorite place so far. everything is perfect about it. the atmosphere, the service, the staff, the food, everything was perfect. weorderedappetizers (fatoush, batata harra, tabouleh, hommus with shawerma and mintah) and armenian kebab. the kebab was juicy and the pistachio added just the right amount of crunch. how they managed to help us surprise our friend for her birthday and told the singer to sing for her was amazing. definitely recommending this place for everyone 👌🏻

we visited for lunch , at this point restaurant wasn't particular busy. weordereddrinks and they took 15 minutes to arrive with the waiter having to ask us a second time for our order. food service was very slow, there was a mix up with food orders and we were served the order in which the table next to us had ordered. it took 45 minutes for our order to arrive!
the positives are the location and nice view over jumeirah beach road. restaurant itself is very nice and spacious. in regards to food, no complaints, very delicious and good portions. i would be happy to return to zaytoni, but hope the service will be improving on my next visit.

cruising around umm suqeim, and seeing cars pull up to this place made me curious of his offering.

pulled up afternoon for lunch, the place had a couple of tables occupied, sat in the smoking section. got a shisha to begin with since its half off during afternoon.

the place is well decorated and modern, i like the design and seating. could be for a date or gathering too. a casual meal.

took a bit to decide what to get.
order included: hummos with meat, vine leaves, spicy potatoes, 2x fatoosh, cheese rolls, chicken shawarma, 3 zaytoni grills.

hummos with meat is great, the taste is smooth and well done. recommended.

vine leaves are average, bit soaked with oil, however still passable.

spicy potatoes are cooked fresh and hot, portion isn't much though. could have more in the plate.

cheese rolls these are great. i'm not sure if homemade or bought but they cheesy and crispy.

chicken shawarma this probably was the best item ordered. the quantity is great, filled with chicken and the bread is toasted. the sauce is very good in amount and the garlic on the side is great, authentic garlic taste. the fries are good too.

zaytoni grills: iordered3 of them but was disappointed since they came in one dish combined and the skewers weren't enough or as they would be if they divided the 3 grills into individual plates.
moving into taste, the chicken is tender and juicy, meat is average, the marination or seasoning could be better, the lambchops were the best out of the grills, cooked perfectly and melted off the bone. they were tender and tasty.

the shisha is tasty, the tobacco used is of good quality, the nara guy kept passing by constantly since also there was only like 5-6 tables occupied with shishas.

as for the service i didn't like it much since the waiter was involved a lot with our discussion and if he heard us talking about something he will chime in and give his opinions. privacy wasn't there. i noticed that through a couple of visits +4 and not based on one. some people might enjoy this but i prefer to have a barrier between the guests and staff, specially in personal discussions, avoid standing next to the tables.

would i repeat my visit? probably yes but there are better options imo for arabic food, taste and service.. depends on the occasion and guests you with. prices are average for the location. comparable to other restaurants.

parking isn't very spacious however valet is there, so no worries about that.

a decent restaurant to have arabic food in dubai with promising service and ambience

iorderedamerican chicken and watermelon juice. american chicken was a bit spicy as mentioned by server and watermelon juice was fresh. my cousinsordereddishes of their choice. over all, we felt that the food was tasty and hygienic. no one had complaints.

staff were attentive, properly mannered and dressed elegantly which matched the locality where the restaurant is. i can say that the service was better than the way i expected it to be.

ambience was top notch. prices are decent for the service and food they offer.

overall, its a good fine dine arabic restaurant to visit in dubai. i will recommend this to someone who wants to visit a decent restaurant with their family.

ordered for delivery and it was quite disappointing. portions were very small and very expensive; the vegetable soup looked and tasted ok but was a very, very small quantity for the price. fattoush was not good; mostly mint leaves and cucumber, all of which were wilted and the bread was soggy. for some reason it had cabbage and olives in it, which is not what i would have expected. the umm ali weorderedwas more liquid than anything else, overly sweet, not much flavour. i've heard good things about the restaurant to dine-in, but was disappointed with the delivery.

restaurant with a really good ambience. call and soothing with good interiors and royal service.

weorderedhummus khaboos. the khaboos were fluffy and the hummus was authentic arabice style. cheese sticks were average and a bit on the salty side.

minced chicken kebab were hot and spicy with fries. sheesh tawook was soft too.

we (6 people) visited the restaurant last night after 9 pm for a post dinner tea and coffee and desert. the place was not crowded and we were immediately seated inside in the lounge near the entry door. imagine our complete surprise and absolute disgust when after being seated and hearing our order, the waiter requested us to hold on , went to check with his manager and then returned in a few minutes stating that they could only serve the same if weordereddinner! we asked for the manager who impolitely reiterated the same. on asking the manager where it was stated in the restaurant or in the menu that it was mandatory to have dinner if a beverage was ordered, he had no answer and then when we asked to see his manager, the fellow backtracked and said that they would serve us! service thereafter was good, but the staff's discriminatory behavior left an extremely unpleasant taste and we would never ever recommend or visit zaytoni basta jumeirah again.

nice decorations, but food is normal weorderedkebab bel karaz it was like a cherry jam or cherry cheese cake topping just over normal kebab , staff are friendly .

not impressed at all. from the time weorderedto receiving the food took 50 mins. the staff said the reason it took so long was cos it was so busy. they clearly need to hire more staff to deal with the amount of customers waiting. the water we drank was warm and we asked 4 times for ice and did not receive it until we had paid and made a complaint to a different waiter. will not be goin here again. the food wasn’t even that nice. nothing special at all.

the ambience is mind blowing and makes you stop here. weorderedfor kashkaval cheese saj, hummus beiruti, mixed seafood platter, armenian chicken and a watermelon juice. the food was delicious, filling and the staff was very cooperative. worth trying for sure!

last night i visited the restaurant along with my wife with high expectation of quality of food however i was wrong. weordered4 main course with tasteless and uncooked food, worst part, i ended up paying dhs 297.15 which we didn't enjoyed the quality of food al all... overall experience too low!!!! quality of food 0%, price very-very expensive!!!

great location and nice space but the food is terrible. weorderedseveral dishes and the only good one was the falafel. the meat was mixed with a lot of fat, the manti was dry and the salads were tasteless.

everytime i crossed jumeirah road i would come across this place and wondered how the food would be as i always see people in it hence decided to have dinner at zaytoni.

weorderedmanti, hummous, kabab halabi and cheese kunafa for dessert. i found the kabab to be nice and juicy and really loved the taste of manti.

overall a nice experience.

weorderedwaraq (wine leafs), spicy potato, cherry kabab and some other stuff, all were amazing, the portions are rich, the prices are very reasonable, nice location and ambiance, you can watch football matches and they serve shisha. this is a favorite place for me now.

on jumeirah road directly. they have valet as well. the food is so good. mainly arabic/lebanese. everything weorderedis was mazze, but even that was tasty.
the seating has so many options. you can sit outdoors, indoors in the garden, and there is another indoor seating for smokers.
