good location, nice decor and alot of variety o nthe menu. however the taste of the food needs work. some of the typical lebanese items did not taste as they should. the place has a lot of potential but needs morw attention on food.

the ambience is mind blowing and makes you stop here. we ordered for kashkaval cheese saj, hummus beiruti, mixed seafood platter, armenian chicken and a watermelon juice. the food was delicious, filling and the staff was very cooperative. worth trying for sure!

last night i visited the restaurant along with my wife with high expectation of quality of food however i was wrong. we ordered 4 main course with tasteless and uncooked food, worst part, i ended up paying dhs 297.15 which we didn't enjoyed the quality of food al all... overall experience too low!!!! quality of food 0%, price very-very expensive!!!

great location and nice space but the food is terrible. we ordered several dishes and the only good one was the falafel. the meat was mixed with a lot of fat, the manti was dry and the salads were tasteless.

if i could give this restaurant more than 5 star i will do
service,food , ambiance everything her is sooooo perfect for me
if you come once ..trust me you will come again-and again
sweet , mashawi , i honestly recommend everything in the menu even the juices is amazing fresh and already prepared
the stuff sooo friendly
in evening there’s oud live performance
and shisha section is available too

everytime i crossed jumeirah road i would come across this place and wondered how the food would be as i always see people in it hence decided to have dinner at zaytoni.

we ordered manti, hummous, kabab halabi and cheese kunafa for dessert. i found the kabab to be nice and juicy and really loved the taste of manti.

overall a nice experience.

one of the best arabic restaurants! the menu has a lot of delicious hot and cold starter options, and wonderful grilled dishes. the place has a lovely decor and ambience with a soft live music. on top of everything their customer service is excellent. its well recommended.

كنت جالس انا والزوجة من جهة وحدة من الطاولة ونحن نأكل الطعام اتى موظف المطعم وبدأ يأخذ الوجبات التي انتهينا منها المشكلة أخذ الصحون من جهتنا ومد يده فوق راسنا وشوي احس الصحن بيطيح من فوقنا هذا ونحن لسا نأكل الطعام يعني ما قدرت تروح الجهة الثانية من الطاولة وتأخذ الصحون
النقطة الثانية قلنا للموظف ان ياخذ بعض الطعام ويضعها في كيس takeaway. ولما شفت الكيس تفاجئت انهم لم يضعوا كل الطعام كامل يعني سلطة التبولة كان اكثر بكثير
النقطة الثالثة عندما انتهينا من الاكل طلبنا من موظف المطعم ان يجهز السيارة وقال انها جاهزة وعنما خرجت تفاجئت انها ليست جاهظة وانتظرنا في البرد خارج المطعم الى ان تاتي السيارة
الصراحة الاكل حلو لكن الخدمة سيئة جدا

وخاصه محبين الشيشه وعزف العود
او الجلسه الطربيه في الحديقه

went to this place with my wife, we ordered several items, we enjoyed the food so much, i even want to come to try other stuff on their menu
the food we ordered was very nice, the staff were very polite, very helpful and kind.
we ordered waraq (wine leafs), spicy potato, cherry kabab and some other stuff, all were amazing, the portions are rich, the prices are very reasonable, nice location and ambiance, you can watch football matches and they serve shisha. this is a favorite place for me now.

a good option to have breakfast in a bright setup. menu is diverse and offers a wide choice for meat lovers to vegetarians. location has easy access on the jumeirah road and service is great
