i ordered one of their indicated bestsellers which is the caramel butterscotch cake for my friend for valentine’s day. i asked if they can just draw 3 hearts on top instead of writing a dedication. the photo on the right is what my friend sent me upon receipt. although he said it’s yummy, i just expected something that’s more visually pleasing. something that’s kinda similar to the photo on the right. also, to your riders, i hope we can be extra careful especially to not mess up the outer part of the cake when delivering. thank you.

this is the 2 ndtimei'm buying this but unfortunately the present order is bad. 1) scant chicken tikka in it🙁2) prolonged prepratory time

i ordered the milky caramel cake and it was delivered to someone else. they replaced me with another milky caramel cake which was made after this. the cake was not at all juicy and tastes more of a kind of regular sponge cake without any flavour. when we taste it, overall we can see how they covered the mistake. it's not d firsttimei am eating a fresh cream cake and since it was a anniversary function, we could not do anything, as all the guests were waiting for the cake cutting ceremony. it's the firsttimei am having a bad experience from zam zam, as i am a regular customer of yours for years. really feeling bad for this. sorry to say this, but thistimeit was unacceptable.

i would this is one among the best restaurant in trivandrum. but thistimei got really disappointed with their delivery package. while sending a cake for delivery via zomato, they could have went for hight level packing or leak proof or stability. this is total waste of ordering cake for a birthday online from them.

due to the ongoing pandemic, i am unable to experience eating in at the restaurant. have been ordering home everytimei'm in trivandrum.
love love love their butter cookie buns. it's a must have as their name suggests. their best dish of the lot. a few of the other must haves: thick shakes, lasagne, red velvet tres leches.

the nutella cookie bun had no filling at all thistimewhen compared to the ones ordered before. so was disappointment.. the cookie bun was good.
