we ordered mini beef lasagna, bbq beef burger with cheese, paneer tikka sandwich and beef tawa roll. everything was very tasty.
the beef burger bun was, however, not a brioche bun as mentioned in the menu. the bbq sauce on the burger was awesome. lovely smoky flavour. extra marks as the beef was not too chewy. but it was a more of a sloppy joe than a patty.
the paneer tikka in the paneer tikka sandwich was great. good tikka/achari flavour. but the sandwich sub was a bit too thick. i would prefer it in a little thinner sub or with more filling.
the beef tawa roll is great. yummy spicy keema beef filling. however, the beef tawa rolls were not hot, so i heated them in the microwave. great pricing on the rolls too as it's a pre-made bakery item rather than a made-to-order one.
the mini beef lasagna was also very well made. it would do even better with a bit of herbs like basil and oregano and maybe a little sprinkle of chopped sauteed garlic in the ragu, but it was still very tasty. the lasagna was also piping hot, which was great.
overall a very good experience on gettingfooddelivered from zam zam bun cafe.
