i ordered the milky caramel cake and it was delivered to someone else. they replaced me with another milky caramel cake which was made after this. the cake was not at all juicy and tastes more of a kind of regular sponge cake without any flavour. when we taste it, overall we can see how they covered the mistake. it's not d first time i am eating a fresh cream cake and since it was a anniversary function, we could not do anything, as all the guests were waiting for the cake cutting ceremony. it's the first time i am having abadexperience from zam zam, as i am a regular customer of yours for years. really feelingbadfor this. sorry to say this, but this time it was unacceptable.
