extensive beer selection. stopped in today, their second day of operation. sportsbartheme. beer selection is extensive including many german beers on tap. decent menu, heavy on brats. i had a beef brat "currywurst" style. large, well seasoned brat with bbq sauce sprinkled with curry powder. the combination works well. adam the bartender was very knowledgeable about the beer selections and attentive. pricing is not out of line, but it isn't exactly cheap either. the freshly baked german pretzel was awesome. overall i was impressed. give them a try.

i'm sorry to say but wurst und bier has lost a little of their shine and luster for me. on my last visit i chose not to sit at the bar, which was a mistake. the bench seating is most uncomfortable and our server was mildly sassy and slow. maybe she was having a bad day. ordered the veal schnitzel which while not bad wasn't worth the $17 price. the obazda appetizer again was awesome. i'm not removing my like it vote but in the future i will sit at the bar, stick to the brats and sausages and always order the obazda appetizer. the freshly baked pretzel with german cheese spread is the best item on the menu.
