firsttimevisiting winnies again in 4 years ! 3 stars because i feel the food quality has gone down hill - the staff customer service however is still a1. please put the focus back on high quality pizzas to retain your awesome reputation

winnies is just amazing. we’ve come here everytimewe are in queenstown since 2004. consistently wonderful pizza, sides, service, drinks and desserts. the arancini and mac and cheese bites sides and the garlic ciabatta also wonderful this time. died of food because we want d to try so many things. we went here 2 nights in a 5 night stay and very nearly came here a third time. love the roof opening too, and watching the kids play pool. only possible improvement would be hooks under the bar and on the walls for winter coats and handbags. but still want to give winnie’s a “6”.

my partner talked about this place so many times as he visited winnies around two years ago -  so as expected, i was super excited to try out one their famous pizzas. we ordered the crispy bacon pizza to share.. we didn't wait too long until the pizza arrived - during thistimewe enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace- after my first slice of pizza, i felt slightly disappointed. i guess because my partner had over-hyped how good it would be. i don't think i would come back for the pizza, but i'm open to try other things from the menu :)

one of the best pizza's we had in queenstown. was there on holiday last 2 weeks ago with friends and we saw the menu while strolling down the streets during the day. got to try the mexican fiesta and montonara pizza's. nice atmosphere to mingle around and have a greattimewith friends and family. service was excellent as well.

the best tasting gourmet pizzas!!. honestly the best pizza ever! i am upset that there is nothing remotely similar in perth, australia! between 3 people we ordered a medium moroccan lamb; marinated lamb leg fillets with zucchini, red onion and tomato served with winnies minted yoghurt - now i don't eat lamb, but this pizza smelt absolutely amazing!! we also ordered a medium bbq pizza which i can't remember what was on it.. but words can not even describe how good it was (i've sat here for the last 10 minutes trying to decide on a word to use).

service was excellent- very friendly & welcoming staff, atmosphere is great, thetimebetween ordering and receiving the pizza was perfect! the portions are huge (we had to get a takeaway box), you definitely get what you pay for. keep an eye out for their deals, i think the lunch deal was something like a small pizza and the choice of the house wine, beer or soda drink for 15 dollars!

had a seat on balcony and had great service from the staff. friendly and attentive even though it is always busy the waittimeis very low so you get your meal in very good time.

staff are very helpful and considerate.

the food is amazing and the garlic bread is gorgeous!
