came here tonight with my wife for dinner.

ordered the hot wings with the blue cheese dip. we got this as an entree and weren't given any side plates. we were stuck with sticky napkins until i had to ask a young lady for side plates. she happily ran and got them, however perhaps a finger bowl and extra napkins would have gone a long way (this is not the reason for a moderate rating as she was very friendly and perhaps hasn't been trained in that area). the wings as a whole were good; they are more nibbles than wings, but they tasted good. the dip was pretty spot on as well. no complains on the dish.

the pizza - they allow you to do a 50/50 on the large pizza so we ordered a tandoori chicken and luigi's italian. the luigi's pizza was great. however, little dissapointed with the tandoori as you would expect it to out weight luigi's pizza in terms of spices. the chicken was not "tandoori chicken", it was far from even being marinated.

thisplacewas highly recommend to us by family and friends so we did have high hopes. that being said, i would probably still come back due to the vibe here. and the friendly staff!

excellent pizzaplacewith great staff and ambiance. we tried the americano, tri factor and pescara and they were all good. our family had a great dining experience.

to get a table and avoid the wait id get in early. thisplaceis pumping, good food and good service for a damn good price. the fish and chips were spot on. goes down nicely with a cold beer from the tap.

lovelyplacewith a lot of people. noisey with things going on at the bars and people young and old, but not at all annoying. i wasn't a huge fan of the pizza base, but all in all it wasn't a badplacefor a quick and simple dinner.

early sat dinner with the two ninos.
quick and efficient service and good food.
the kids spag bol would be more than i could eat though, but the kidlet gave it a good crack.
the salmon and polenta was great paired with a kumara salad.
it's a niceplacewith good food and a roaring fireplace to warm up in winter.

all i have to say is a 'must go'. theplaceis good with awesome food and service. we had the barbeque chicken pizza and the taste was out of the world. good options for meat eaters. disha singhal

they have huge pizzas which actually taste well too.
we had a medium size meat feast pizza and it was huge and once it came to the table the realization dawned that we will not be able to finish it by any means :p
the taste was good. theplacewas clean although a bit noisy.

if you're after delicious pizza then look no further! winnie's has the best selection plus we got other stuff like ribs and pasta which were also yum. greatplaceto come in a group for casual dinner, play pool and have few drinks too.

my partner talked about thisplaceso many times as he visited winnies around two years ago -  so as expected, i was super excited to try out one their famous pizzas. we ordered the crispy bacon pizza to share.. we didn't wait too long until the pizza arrived - during this time we enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace- after my first slice of pizza, i felt slightly disappointed. i guess because my partner had over-hyped how good it would be. i don't think i would come back for the pizza, but i'm open to try other things from the menu :)

a nice pub / restaurant with a nice fireplacerunning during the colder nights. pizza and garlic bread were tasty and filling. service was good

we fell in love with thisplacethe minute we entered it. it had this look of a sports cafe and the girls who served us were a totally helpful lot. the music was cheerful and the caprico pizza was tasty. the restaurant also has free wifi . will definitely visit winnie's when i go to queenstown

amazing crowd, amazing music, cheap shots and booze, big space !!! bestplaceto party in town and have the best pizza's with a glass of wine !!! a dining turning into a night club by the night !!! love thisplace!!!

great atmosphere, coolplaceto have dinner.  ordered satay pizza and vegetarian pizza.  satay was delicious, vegetarian was dry.  dessert apple crumble pizza was great.  sat under the speaker system in the main room and had to shout to each other by the end of the night as the music volume slowly got turned up.

if you're wanting a man meal of a pizza then hit and smack the back out of winnies! we had half seafood and chicken and cranberry - solid 8/10!

thisplaceis always pumping and you're not waiting long before the pizza "literally" rolls out.

goodplaceto enjoy a pizza and drinks plus the roof opens to let the snow in when the dance floor is pumping some nights - love qt!
