ok?. we tried this soulfoodexpress yesterday, and we were extrememly surprised that express is part of the name. fried chicken was very good but other items were just ok. mama deans in fayetteville is much better. didnt think it would take 22 minutes to get our food. parking was horrible.

this place has some of the best fried chicken in bentonville! thefoodis very fresh, and comes to the table steaming. i also highly recommend the baked beans; they are full of flavor and delicious!! 10/10 service as well.

we have been meaning to eat at williams soulfoodexpress for the last couple weeks. last night we stopped in for dinner. this is a very friendly, happy group and they make you feel welcome. the brightly painted walls display a wonderful collection of soul/r&b lps. while waiting for thefoodwe had a great time reminiscing over the different titles and artists we grew up listening to. hearing those wonderful songs playing was great! we had decided on the tuesday night special of meatloaf with two sides and choice of roll or cornbread. fantastic meatloaf! great black eyed peas, really good green beans, great fresh salad and good okra. the owners are very sweet and make every from scratch so you're not getting any processed or frozen foods. they give you huge portions for a low price with a happy attitude in a spotless clean restaurant. we will definitely be back!

over pricedfoodfor the taste!!! not authentic, "soul food" taste like in southern arkansas. i wasn't impressed because i can cook soulfoodlike grandma. i didn't even eat my food. and they told everyone at my table that someone in the kitchen mixed up the waffle mix & cornbread mix so they were making a new batch of cornbread. ::side eye::

great food, great service. i don't know what else there is to say about this place. ive gone multiple times for lunch,foodis always hot and fresh.

williams was a terrific experience! thefoodis made from scratch, fresh and delicious! clean and casual atmosphere. such friendly owners and staff! i highly recommend going!

open in rogers now. they have moved to the far side of rogers (old 71 business) next to king burrito. i am not sure why they chose a location so far from everything.

closed. say it aint so, i need my soulfoodfix but there is a sign on the door stating they are closed and moving soon to a new location. hopefully it wont be long to get up and running again.

amazing place!. we absolutely love this place. yes, thefoodis amazing, but the people really put this place over the top! they are the nicest most wonderful people and theirfoodis crazy good. my entire family loves it here. how could you not?

we had heard thefoodwas good here. good doesn't begin to cover it! the smothered pork hops are incredible. the side dishes are great and the pie is to die for. best restaurant meal we've had in ages. and the prices are very reasonable. highly recommend !

beautiful restaurant in a motel parking lot with plenty of seats. much easier to find.
new menu: more chicken dinner choices, daily specials, kids meals and delicious deserts. pulled pork and ribs served on saturday and sunday. take some soul home with 8, 12 and 16 piece chicken platters with sides. now serving breakfast too.
the ownership and staff remain the same and thefoodis the kind of stuff you’ll talk about for years. my latest trip i had the smothered pork chops. the dictionary has no words to describe the taste but just imagine a tender chop smothered in gravy that would make cardboard taste good.

little update. if you think the fried chicken is good, try the smothered chicked. they don't smother the chicken with a pillow, they use gravy. brown, rich, delightful gravy. the bad news? friday night is the only time they smother chicken. i don't want to be a customer.......i want to be adopted.

a dining experience. i almost didn’t believe all of these reviews. no one can be that good. boy, was i wrong. this little place deserves all that praise and more. i’ll start with the fresh coleslaw that is just beyond description. (granny’s recipe they said) i also had the baked beans which are unlike anything i have ever had. i would have settled for a washtub full and skip everything else. i sampled my wife’s sweet potatoes which were heavenly and i don’t even like sweet potatoes. maybe because i just never tasted these before. she also had cabbage and loved it. the rolls are perfect and the ice tea is fresh and tasty. nothing frozen or canned here. everything is fresh and made with genuine pride. all employees are friendly and we almost felt like it was sunday dinner at grandma’s house. i should mention they also have chicken. crisp juicy fresh chicken that is cooked as you wait. i also took home some lemon pepper boneless wings for a snack tomorrow. sadly, they were gone by 11 pm.
if this is soulfoodthen these folks have a lot of soul and i think i might now have a little soul myself after this dining experience. yes, it isn’t just dinner, it’s a dining experience.

overall i give this place 4 of 5 sporks, because it is a place i will keep in my regular rotation of lunch choices. and thefoodreminds me of home. it may not remind you of your home but, you should truly check this place out.

good news!!. hey great news everyone. it looks like willams soulfoodexpress has just moved and is renovating a new location in rogers!! i don't know the reopening date but the signs are up advertising coming soon.. the new address: 915 1/2 s 8th st, rogers, ar 72756 its connected to the "super 8" motel at 915 s. 8th can't wait

so sad it is closed. the best soulfoodin northwest arkansas. i hope they reopen soon in a much larger place. nicest friendliest people you will meet and thefoodis delicious and all freshly prepared.

this is the best soulfoodi have ever tasted!!!! nothing out the can just fresh and good!! nothing like the one in fayetteville...this is clean and the nicest ppl you will talk to! don't believe me then try it for yourself..you won't be disappointed! desserts are homemade!!!! they need to expand soon! wish i had money to invest bc this would be the one!
