sushi with vibe. the first thing that strikes you about this place is that it is out of the ordinary in nashville - even more so in cool springs. it's a vibey, medium scale establishment that has an environment that straddles trendy and classic.
the menu is a fusion of japanese, indian and middle eastern - with a stop or two in china. having visited a half dozen times, i have concluded that the real stand out here is the sushi. it's beautifully and artfully constructed with as much attention given to it's taste and freshness as given to it's appearance.
with several killer appetizers and entrees, it won't take you long to find something you love. the 5-spice duck is excellent as well. stay away from anything ordinary on the menu - for example - the smoked salmon - dry & unthoughtful.
