the response on instagram from julia madge was passive aggressive and rude when the £100 minimum booking fee was questioned. after saying the bar had been “hung dry” due to lockdown which i’m completely sympathetic to, but how incredibly ignorant to assume that everyone is in a financial situation to pay them £100 for one bottle of vodka. then claiming that that’s a reasonable price insinuating thatit’sembarrassing i can’t pay it. booked several places in ashton lane and the west end with the maximum booking fee being £5. being passive aggressive to customers on your social media is uncalled for when they were having a joke with their friend about going to the park and getting steaming anyways instead. everyone has been through it this lockdown, especially financially soit’sa shame julia had to be so rude.
