afraid we will never get a table again when we go, but yummy! went with friends first time and returned today and got the turkey reuben with green salad- again. hubby got the fluffiest omelet in town. hope to drive out again soon.servicewas great both times.

nice place located in the very bazaar "trumanesque" norton commons.servicefor breakfast recently was good and the food, while good also, was nothing special. i got the verbena eggs benedict and they were very basic. other friends got nice dishes but again, nothing great. the omelets looked better so i'd like to return to try one day, but no hurry.

best breakfast place ever!. the food is phenomenal, and theserviceis impeccable. i live pretty far away from there and compared to all the other breakfast/lunch places i have been to, this is the best. some restaurants may have kids menu's but they aren't the best. the kids menu at verbena has a big variety which is awesome. i suggest for people to go to verbena cafe. it's so family-friendly so you can go there with the kids or anyone really.

this is our favorite breakfast and brunch stop on the weekends. theserviceis always friendly, the food isn't expensive, and we love dining out on the patio when the weather's nice. the diner area inside is a little noisy when full, but even that adds a cute southern diner ambiance that you can't help but find endearing.

verbena is a jewel of a restaurant. the verbena cafe is a jewel of a restaurant. i've probably dined there 6 or 8 times and have tried several menu items and have never been disappointed.serviceis always top notch and the price points are very reasonable. probably one of my favorite cups of coffee anywhere.

if you're a fan of wild eggs or lynn's...you need to give verbena a try.

12/12/11 - update: i continue to be a huge fan of the verbena cafe. i'm probably up to over a dozen visits now and i have enjoyed everything i've ever tried on the menu. combine this with the warm and efficientserviceand the
verbena cafe is a winner. definitely in my "top 5" of l'ville local restaurants.
