like the sign says, wood-fired ovenpizzasare served here, and they do a superb job. the chef is young, but extremely skilled. we went for the deluxe entree called the covaccino pizza – a delicious base of baked mozzarella and garlic, topped with a generous portion of arugula, prosciutto and shave parmigiano-reggiano and a drizzle of peppery olive oil. this was truly heaven on a plate. for this dish alone, i will return. but there are morepizzasto try here. everything is made to order, yet the food arrives very fast. the place is spotless and welcoming. this is a local gem.
