simple good food. i ate here last night with my parents. it was a pleasant experience. the owner was cooking the pizza and it was delicious. the menu is short and simple with a couple pizza options to choose from. the owner frank takes his pizza very seriously and it was evident in the food and its preparation that he takesgreatpride in what he is feeding you. we spoke with him after the meal and learned that he had done a lot of research into the oven and knows agreatdeal about the different pizza styles of italy. the crust on his pizza's is delicious! the edges are puffy and blistered perfectly. i will definitely go back for more!
