had a great breakfast a few months back (mid-year)- a 4star for that. more recently popped in for a few coffees to go on a saturday morning while passing through rotorua (nov2013), all flat-whites, coffees were at high end of coffee pricing, however coffee was terrible and undrinkable. i will return to have another go with the coffee many wouldn't if burnt once - and i'll try it before i leap out the door, but please urbano train yourstaffin barista skills as i expect a top quality coffee for that pricing and establishment type, as would others. ceiling was water damaged over coffee machine area,staffgave impression was like this for a while.staffand customer service experience (satnov13) 2 stars, coffee 1-2 stars - previous breakfast experience 4 stars customer service i remember was better.
