had worst experience today. service guys were pathetic, even though it was less crowded during the time we reached. we were asked to move from one table to another than another. the staffs were friendly previously but right now they are least bothered about the guest. service &staffbehavior should be the prime concern. when we were about leave without having our food none of thestafftook any initiative to be humble. i suggested
my friend to accompany me in the restro but she had a negative image about the brand. please give good training to yourstaffas it use to be my favorite hangout place..i use to love the ambiance. best wishes!!

quality of food has depriciated and rates have increased, howeverstaffis still friendly and helpfull.

food is fine..good ambience and crowd.. music is great... but thestaffsucks big time.. the management really need to work on the attitude of their waiters towards patrons...

this place has always been one of my favourite. this is a perfect place to leave all the stress of the week n chill. thestaffis very friendly and polite. must try it's chilly crispy chicken because it's awesome. the ambience is good enough. the live performances of this place has always been awesome.

this has been my go to place for a long time. i'm more than glad for the indoor smoking. i don't see what's the complain about thestaffand "shady" part in the reviews. it's a bar, not a freaking lightshow. thestaffis nice and accomodating. the service is a bit slow, yes. but it's still worth the wait.

a good (as well as bad) thing of this place is that they allow you to smoke inside and don't have a separate area. while for some it's fine, others may find it uncomfortable.

lovely place for lively lovely evening. the ambience is really good and the service, best. we had crispy fried chicken and barbeque pork with chilled beer and our evening was made . beautifully cooked with ingrediants used to the very best, it was the most delicious item i have tasted in ages. definitely coming back here sometime in future. however,the place becomes a little tightly packed in the late evening. felt a lil congested for that,however the wonderful service of thestaffamends that😊. do remember to wave a hello to the beauty you find there, yes thats the best thing i met there- a beautiful black labrador, whose company took the evening to a mile better💜

i have been seeing people tagging this place which is very near to where i live , so when my best friend was in town this sunday , i decided to take her there for good food and drinks . the first thing that turned me off is the way thestaffgreeted us with almost an idgf attitude , they were not helping us with the tables or so , no water served and you don't have a smoking room hence people had to lit their cigarettes inside the lounge which was almost suffocating and yes if i'm not wrong there was only one fully-working air conditioning. about the food, being a bar lounge the options for quick bites and fast food is minimal, the 'chakna' disappointed us the most which was only a plate of roasted peanuts. the service was lethargic, instances where i had to get up get things done. the food tasted okayish. coming to the price , this place is a bit overpriced . you might have to burn a hole in your pocket if you love to drink on a weekend .

i've been to this place a number of times. nice and cozy place to grab a couple of beers and enjoy live performances which usually starts at around 8.30pm. it gets crowded on weekends and since it's a small area, people struggle to move around sometimes!! the best part about this place is that you can enjoy good food&drinks and live music at the same time without burning a hole in your pocket.staffmembers are friendly, and service is good. they don't have a wide range of menu, but surely won't disappoint you with the menu they serve.

had heard about this place from a few friends so i decided to check it out when i was in guwahati.
firstly the way to this place on the 3rd floor was really shady...thestaffi found was very uptight and uncooperative when we wanted a place for two; i was expecting a friendlystaffin a place like this with a chill vibe and happy environment.
then they only had kingfisher beer on the menu which i found to be inconvenient
the food though was tasty and very reasonably priced.
overall i think this place has potential to do much better and gain a bigger number of customers who would love to be regulars here.

i visted the place yesterday nite wid a frnd of mine,frst of all grt interiors and ambience , we quickly got a table for us andstaffwas quick to take the order within no time the drinks and starters wer served, just then the band started performing... and man! it did add up to the mood...we orderderd food while our drinks wer on...the band was rolling out grt numbers one after the other...bt thats wer the good part end.... it took them more then hour to get the food ready and too after repeated inquiries lastly we dint have ne resort other then to pack the food...i undersrand it was sunday der was rush but more one hr fr food is something that i cant accpt...also u could do with separte designated area for smoking coz all customers are not cmfrtble wid it..
p.s- if you are goin for a drink or two its a grt place but dnt make any dinner plans .... u will have nightmare....

i visited this place on a saturday...though the crowd was good and an amazing band was setting the mood but i was very disappointed with thestaffand management...the person on the reception was man of no honor....
the issue actually was that, i called up nd tried to book a table but the person on the phone did not take my reservation stating that booking at arond 9:00pm will not be possible... i reached around 9 and there where no tables available but saw an empty table stating reserved...on asking the reply was for u i cannot let the other customers go...the person was so rude and unethical....there is a way to treat customers but this man has started taking things for granted....

best place to come if you are in guwahati. live music from thursday to sunday, love the ambience . booze is well priced.staffis extremely helpful. love the starters here!!! i think it has the best crowd in guwahati #nobullshitpeople . love this place

one of my favourite place in guwahati is urban mantra located at khanapara . it's perfect to relax, chill around with friends. splendid interiors with an awesomely great ambience.
it's a tremendous place for drinks as the prices are pretty fine.staffis really polite and decent.
i love the place as it has some good taste music, some good bands live . when ever i am in guwahati urban mantra becomes a everyday place for me starting with its fantastic tastes of foods i love their smoke pork, golden fried prawns, the yummy chicken-drums of heaven , chicken 65, the chicken rolls , and to miss it's awesome russian salad.
overall i am in love with the place...👍
