shiner bock and smoked meat....mmmm.... i am by no means a bbq expert, in fact i'm not even a bbq fan. you won't catch me arguing bark, smoke or sauce. however, you will find me smiling after eating at urban bbq. i returned today and i still taste smoke hours later. so many things to like: the juicy pulled pork and chicken are delicious and i love the homemade hot sauce, also manygreatthings for non-bbq fans however, a tiny seating area so go off hours or carry-out
two other suggestions: go with a group so you can enjoy thegreatapps like "soul rolls" with "redneck fondue" and skip the sandwiches (go with the platters) because just when you really start to enjoy the pork, chicken or beef it's gone.
