upre kitchen & cafe

i had ordered thums up but received pepsi. i was not informed about the change in product. i thought it should be 1 ltr but received 250ml can. no measurements are mentioned in the menu. price on the bottle is mentioned 30 rupees, but paid 80 rupees. price is unreasonable than mrp.

the service was really bad. they didn't give spoon or plates initially as well. the food was just okay. nothing was good in this place.

i strictly told not to add ghee or bitter but they have added and i am lactose intolerance

the service by mr. nirmal was excellent and the food was great especially the biryani and chicken tikka.

as much as i appreciate for delivering food during curfew, i'm not at all satisfied with the food preparation. i usually order from upre for exotic delicious items, but this didn't match my expectations.

why there is no price mentioned in the bill

i’ll be sharing my experience about the silk route buffet hosted by oopre.

i had seen a lot of food bloggers praising this buffet and had to jump on the wagon and visit it. the place was very tight fitted. the decor and seating was nice but the buffet wasn’t serving anything as to what was advertised.

the pizza and pasta we had to preorder as they had no pieces left. that took an hour to come the pizza and pasta. one of the employees was willing to pack up the pizza for us because by the time they served it to us it was closing time for the buffet but another employee was causing issues.

the pasta was not cooked so i’m not sure why it took 1 hour to be prepared. the pizza was slim and burnt.

the buffet was very limited, prawn curry was literally just prawns in water, rice was plain white rice and the they had a few chicken dishes but the best was the dragon chicken. there were no cakes or gulab jamuns left for us to eat. the waiter said we can serve more but that is extra charge. the one waiter would just not cooperate. he was rushing us as we were for the buffet but the table next to us who ordered a la carte he let them take their time.

oopre usually serves some great dishes but the buffet isn’t worth it, especially not with the staff who are managing the buffet sector.

very bad n bland. expected much much much better from upre, because of the restaurant reputation. disappointed!

found a perfect place to hangout with good food and ambience. ambience is pretty cool with a white blue theme. they have both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. a place for photoshoot and pre-wedding shoots.
coming to food... they have many varieties in the menu. surprisingly whatever we ordered turned out to be yummy. pizza, starters, refreshers, dessert everything was delicious. chicken starters are must try and even the bbq chicken pizza too. my personal favourite was bbq chicken and chicken tikka.
service was on time and staffs were very friendly.
price was lil high but it was worth paying for such amazing food and ambience. had a great time here. gonna visit again.
definitely a must visit place!

so the food actually tasted quite good, but it wasn't value for money.
for example, the food wasn't hot,
they gave us ketchup as a dip for starters worth 300.
service wasn't great, servers didn't properly wear there masks and they wouldn't attend the tables actively.

taste like shit never order

gulab jamun should be little hot.plate should be hot.
please include more dessert.
mineral water they are charging double the mrp,i dont know is that valid.
