great food and ambience ,bestplacein town , need to work on service department otherwise food is the best here

a bit too loud. loved what we got to eat , now at rooftop amazing view , awesomeplaceto hangout with your friends and family.

had been for lunch , the food was good and was pleased with the service. awesomeplaceto chill good vibes.

i’ll be sharing my experience about the silk route buffet hosted by oopre.

i had seen a lot of food bloggers praising this buffet and had to jump on the wagon and visit it. theplacewas very tight fitted. the decor and seating was nice but the buffet wasn’t serving anything as to what was advertised.

the pizza and pasta we had to preorder as they had no pieces left. that took an hour to come the pizza and pasta. one of the employees was willing to pack up the pizza for us because by the time they served it to us it was closing time for the buffet but another employee was causing issues.

the pasta was not cooked so i’m not sure why it took 1 hour to be prepared. the pizza was slim and burnt.

the buffet was very limited, prawn curry was literally just prawns in water, rice was plain white rice and the they had a few chicken dishes but the best was the dragon chicken. there were no cakes or gulab jamuns left for us to eat. the waiter said we can serve more but that is extra charge. the one waiter would just not cooperate. he was rushing us as we were for the buffet but the table next to us who ordered a la carte he let them take their time.

oopre usually serves some great dishes but the buffet isn’t worth it, especially not with the staff who are managing the buffet sector.

found a perfectplaceto hangout with good food and ambience. ambience is pretty cool with a white blue theme. they have both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. aplacefor photoshoot and pre-wedding shoots.
coming to food... they have many varieties in the menu. surprisingly whatever we ordered turned out to be yummy. pizza, starters, refreshers, dessert everything was delicious. chicken starters are must try and even the bbq chicken pizza too. my personal favourite was bbq chicken and chicken tikka.
service was on time and staffs were very friendly.
price was lil high but it was worth paying for such amazing food and ambience. had a great time here. gonna visit again.
definitely a must visit place!

ambience was good and we tried the chicken kali mirch tikka. awesomeplacefor dates and winter afternoons! samir was very courteous and made sure we had a good time.

it’s was just a niceplaceand good food and also good behaviour in just order biriyani and butter chicken tikka and some liquor

caution- if you are planning to order a non-veg meal that costs almost around 1200 ( you can directly burn the money) cause that's exactly what happened to us! it was sheer waste of money on the platter- the portion was less, the food smelt bad and more over the value for money was not even zero(rather minus)...i had ordered a non veg meal for father's day and boy the lunch and day was totally ruined! thanks to oppres fabulous "not on time" delivery and patheitic food! the dal makhni is going into the bin, the mutton smelt bad and some biscuit topped with banana dessert shit is definitely thrown out of the window! thank you opore i surely know oneplacethat i am never going back!

certainly one of the happening rooftop cagr in the city. they also have seating arrangement inside. ambience is setup like a gothic architecture, with artificial street lamps. the ambience with all lights off n only dim lights on is sure to make u feel romantic. they also have live performances to liven up the atmosphere.
coming to food we ordered,
fish finger served with french fries n mayo- quite a delight, soft and good quality fish.
chicken wings- this was a disaster. especially unexpected after our first dish. over dipped in so much sauce that it tasted sour.
chicken stroganoff- again authentic taste.
drinks and cocktails were also good.
service n staffs r very well mannered n look after u. surely one of the bestplaceto chill with friends or to have a romantic date!

worstplace! food was pathetic.they will serve water in whiskey glass and would ask you to pay the bill for whiskey. would recommend everyone to visit thisplaceonly during the day time just for photographs nothing else .

after seeing the pics n reviews,i took my family for lunch to this place. it's not at all aptplaceto take your family, very uncivilized environment, noisy crowd,everyone of us had a migraine by end of the day. to add to this, what was more annoying was the staff here, who barely take notice of your presence, never take your order, do not listen to your instructions.after 45mins to 1hr,they deliver a part of your order or the mocktails.so you need atleast 3hrs to get your complete lunch served for a group of 5.mocktails quantity n price both are unjustified,as there is only ice and barely any mocktail.donot ever try the veg spring rolls,those are inedible. deserts are extremely sweet.waste of money, could not have quality time with family.

the ambience no doubt is good, infact one of the best in bbsr. i will definitely recommend thisplacefor the ambience. food is below average. i had a buffalo wings, chicken tikka and barbecue chicken pizza! buffalo wings were okay. chicken tikka seemed to be stale and the pizza was the worst! basically it was only a think crust with negligible toppings other than cheese!
