this is the answer to my insatiable craving for french food. they capture the flavours of french cuisine and serves those with only the best wine selection. i ordered their escargot de bourgogne andtymadsmoked salmon. what won me over were their cakes. the best cakes in cebu. i tried their copper sphere. it has the smoothest, richest, melts in your mouth swiss chocolate on a bed of crisp peanut and chocolate feuillitine. it's dessert that looks like zumbo's creations. for those who know me, you know how i have an unpopular opinion on chocolate. i am not a fan! but this, i would go against my own taste to have this anytime. i also had their strawberry shortcake (not in photo). it had a light vanilla sponge with mascarpone cream. what won me over were the big pieces of strawberry. they may have placed half a dozen in it, gave the acidic punch and freshness on the plate.
