two dudes restaurant

i've been to this place a few times but last night was my first time tasting their fish taco's. they are awesome!! :) if u haven't tried these yet you really should! will definitely be back.

the best atmosphere!!. this place is absolutely the best! i'm not a seafood lover but they do offer chicken & burgers & their burger was "the bomb" it came with fries that didnt taste like any other fry i've ever tasted. everybody was veryfriendly& inviting. i would definitely recommend this place!
a must try!!

a hidden spot worth a visit for casual dining and fresh, tasty seafood.
we were here for lunch and things never really got quiet. busy with a lot of locals with a very laid back andfriendlyvibe.
fresh fish specials on the board to choose from, as well as their daily menu.
i loved that you could select portions as lunch size or dinner size, with pricing adjusted accordingly - such a simple concept that other restaurants could implement.
we shared a calamari starter. this was tossed with onion rings and squid headswhich made for an interesting and great flavour and texture combination.
i had the cobb salad with fresh shrimp. hesitant at first since my initial introduction to cobb salad demonstrated that it isn't exactly the healthiest or low calorie option. but this was great - fresh, not shy of ingredients, tasty, yet healthy. my husband had fresh fish of the day - one he had not tasted before - fresh, succulent and delicious.
prices were very reasonable and we haven't seen that price for oysters again since we've been in the us. so we're planning to go back there to indulge!

while much of the country is still digging out of snow, its february 2nd and 80 here in fl.  it felt  like a perfect day for the  beach and that is exactly what trusty dog and i did.    after a  fun time in surf and under the sun, it was time for lunch.  not sure what was open in the area that was dog friendly, i did a quick inventory and decided on two dudes, gave them a call to confirm dogfriendlystatus and made our way there. although i was told there was outside seating, what i pictured in my mind and what was available was worlds apart.  two rickety tables, on the sidewalk  with very little room or ambiance,  but the dog was happy  he was going to eat.

first time there and we loved it. def a dive spot but fresh seafoodfriendlystaff and cold beer. not cheap, but worth the quality !we will return

great service even better food. my wife and i had heard a lot about 2 dudes seafood. all of our friends told us how good the food was so we finally decided to check it out ourselves. we came in last night on tuesday and the restaurant was busier then i expected but that did not take away from the great service that we received. from what it looked like there were 2 servers on staff for the entire restaurant and they worked extremely well together constantly helping each other out. they both were extremely pleasant which contributed to the overallfriendlyatmosphere. our server recommended to us a great bottle of wine and two extremely tasteful fresh catches. the mango wasabi slaw is to die for! it was all extremely filling but the way that he described the coconut cake we had to give it a try. boy did it pay off! best coconut cake i have had since moving to jacksonville 10 years ago! overall i highly recommend to anybody 2 dudes seafood. the atmosphere is pleasant and the service was outstanding! veryfriendlyas well as informative. 2 thumbs up

great mahi tacos. we loved the wasabi coleslaw. the sunset sangria was too strong for my taste butfriendlyfast service and great food means we'll be back again!

yesterday i was frantically looking for a place to eat. me and my family of 5 have eaten everywhere up and down jacksonville. my husband was tell me all about this place, so i decided to take a chance and go. right when i walked in we got a happy greeting from thefriendlystaff. we started off with loaded fries, and they were amazing! then we got a goofy foot with shrimp and grouper, both blackened. i thought i was going to fall out of my chair! it impressed me. we never ate all of it because there was so much!! last but not least my daughter was begging me for some strawberry long board, therefore i got it for her. i had a bite and i may say it was nothing like i've ever had. to top everything off we had really good service, the lady with blonde and light brown hair; informed us about everything we needed to know. thanks two dudes, we will see you soon(:

best restaurant at the beach!

ate there with a party of 6 last night. started with crab- mango quesadilla... amazing!!! we shared everything from blackened grouper to fried shrimp, all were the best i ever had. sides included mango- wasabi slaw, veggies, and fries... devine! then we shared strawberry longboard and chocolate tsunami and they were also delish!

our service was great and we even got a visit from chef ace which made our night. what an awesome experience and the dudes is my new favorite restaurant!!

great!. i have been there two times and i have been very impressed both times! the seafood tastes great and the service isfriendlyand quick! i had great gator tail egg rolls last time (sounds weird, but they were really good), and oyster tacos (which were great as well). i highly recommend you try this place out : )

enjoyable. we enjoyed blackened shrimp tacos, the triple tail, onion straws and wasabi mango slaw. my favorite part, the slaw was fresh and tasty. not hot as i expected with wasabi and i did not detect the mango much, but it was flavorful and unique. the blackening seasoning on the fish was just right, though we agreed with the small portion of fish with just one side was a little too pricey at $17.99. positives though were the staff, who were all veryfriendlyand attentive and the quant setting. the seats were actually very comfortable, something not easy to find in casual restaurants. and they even treated us to a free dessert - beach buns, which were hot, fresh donut type pastries with an intense drop of flavor, caramel, chocolate & raspberry. i would love to return but will probably just get a resonably priced po'boy with the slaw next time.

super good food. the food here is really good - definately can tell the freshness. the staff was veryfriendlyand kept the eating area very clean. the only drawback was the price on the dinners - 2 pieces of flounder for $16. won't go back again only due to the prices.

never lets you down. dinner was great as usual.friendlyservice too.

i went there for the first time today looking for a fresh filet of fish to make home made fish tacos! the owner was superfriendlyand helpful and sold us a mahi magi filet for a great price! the filet was so fresh and amazing! they pride themselves on serving genuinely fresh shrimp , nothing frozen! i can't wait to go back and try the famous fish tacos. new favorite spot !
