we had brunch here recently and really enjoyed our meal. thru were very busy so plan on a wait but they move things along quickly. theservicewas fast and friendly. the food was quite good. i had the steak and eggs and was very pleased. the bacon jam was a nice touch. its worth a visit.

theservicewas attentive and the server knowledgeable. i had a very delicious cocktail with lavender in it- very different and very good. the omelette with salmon and cream cheese was fantastic. i like this place. they take comfort food and add an interesting twist.

went into tupelo honey today for a salad that i have gotten a couple of times recently and really loved. theserviceis always terribly slow but i was craving the salad so i decided to ignore the usual slow service. this salad in the past has been around 15 dollars with a drink which isn't cheap but it's typically good. i get it today and the salad is half the size and only has half a chicken breast on it. i say something to the waiter and he says they got new bowls but it's the same size. i finish the salad which i've never done before and am still hungry. definitely not the same size. they also charged me for the goat cheese which i'm not usually charged for because all the other salads come with it. they also charged me for an extra dressing. my bill was a little over $18 dollars for a side salad with half a chicken breast. needless to say i won't be going back.

food average at best,serviceworst. we took my daughter for her birthday last night. it was not crowded at all, so we (party of five) were seated right away. our server was quiet and didn't offer any suggestions or make an attempt to make us feel welcome. after ordering and waiting for what felt like an eternity to get our food (and after seeing others who had come in after us get served before us), i finally asked the server if ours was almost ready. otherwise, i have to assume she had no intention of updating us. when the food finally came, she then said "we are going to give you guys free pecan pie for having to wait so long." to the person, we all agreed the food was average at best, even borderline bad. when we finished, she came back with a single slice of pecan pie (for a party of five). really? that was my first and last visit.

perfection!. the food andservicewas perfect! first time i was impressed with my dinner out in several yrs. tennessee smith was in the kitchen and i would have liked to tell him how pleased i was ,he left before i finished my meal. our server, julia, was fantastic! tupelo honey cafe is now my favorite dinner out place!

fun dinner. great night for a small birthday dinner. short wait of 15 minutes at 7:30 on a saturday night. 4 of us had the shrimp and grits, and one having the special bone in pork chop, and we shared fried okra and fried green tomatoes. not a bad taste or word about this place. although my wife is sensitive about heat, the shrimp and grits have a lingering heat without setting you on fire. theservicewas very nice and we'll timed. i do believe the grits were awesome as i ate the leftovers with a fried egg this morning.

went here for sunday brunch during a weekend stay in chattanooga. precious little place! the food was amazing! i had the country breakfast. i'm a sucker for big breakfasts, and this didn't disappoint. portions were more than plentiful.servicewas fantastic! and ummm they're regular mimosa is a pint...not the little wimpy ones you get in champagne flutes! loved this place.

charming atmosphere with greatserviceand delicious food. we went on sunday morning for breakfast and it was busy (as expected for a beautiful weekend), but we only waited 5 minutes and had coffee in our hands soon after. the food was delicious and did not take too long. i would recommend!

went on a friday night and the were very busy , butservicewas good . the trout was awesome and full of flavor. my husband had the grilled cheese & onion bisque soup and he thought it had tons of flavor !

must try!!!. during a recent visit to chattanooga a friend recommended that we visit tupelo honey cafe. both the food &servicewere great! if you visit them, you must try the homemade pimento cheese & tortilla chips first, then go for the root beer molasses glazed pork tender w/smoked jalapeno sauce & green apple salsa. don't like root bear? don't let that stop you. no root beer taste at all!!!

meh. thc is a hipster cracker barrel, with less flavor. i have been three times now, once for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. nothing was seasoned,servicewas slow and painful at times. won't be back.

loved it. i couldn't have been happier with my first experience at tupelo. my server, mary anna was so much fun and gave my family the bestservicepossible. we loved the complimentary biscuits and the shrimp and grits!! we can't wait to come back for more!
