it’s good food ,greatservice and the ambience is excellent , one of the cafes that started the whole cafè trend in kochi,greatplace for a good meal and to chill with friends

me and my friend came to the cafe hoping for a combine study session. but sadly, it wasnt asgreatambience like the night in the afternoon hours. and i personally feel like the music is acting more like a “noise” than a soothing effect its supposed to give because of its loudness. i think the management should keep it in a level so that the music doesnt hinder with the socialising or other activities of the customers.

and another let down was when we ordered loaded french fries for starters and recieved chicken nuggets instead. because of the apologetic look on the waiter and since we didnt want to embarass him, we let the issue go. such big technologies and how is it still possible to mess up orders? and we also bad to lay extra for the nuggets we didnt want.
we also ordered the chicken momos which were rather plain and not rich in flavors.

for drinks, we had the cold coffee and a the blue drink, the name which ive forgotten. the coffee was good, a bit too strong for my liking, but good. the blue drink was more of slush and color, and didnt taste too good.

all over it wasnt really agreatexperience, maybe we could come back and order the famous dishes and the review may change.

tonico is always an experience to be, be it the food or just spending time there. love the food and the friendly staff withgreathospitality in their approach. tonico will remain a go to place for me, always.

i have tried hungry joes burger, mixed green burger and spicy paneer burger out of which hungry joes was the best...

their white sause penna pasta are totally mind blowing withgreatportion...

they serve the best ceaser salads in kochi...

the steaks here is on of the best in town...

i would say that their ceaser salads and steaks are a must try for everyone in town...

the cappuccino and assam tea are great...

the mojitos aregreatin flavour out of which passion fruit mojito is a must try...

but only try the sizzling brownie is u hav a hifh sweet tolerance level... its too sweet and i cld not even hav half of it...

the cafe is open late night and has agreatambience. tried their burgers, sandwiches and drinks. all the items we tried wasgreatand tbh it was finger licking good.

there isn’t much options in kochi when it comes to beat late night hunger pangs. after driving around a long time to find a decent place, i couldn’t have been more excited to find tonico.

even though it was past 12 in night, the cafe was pretty lively to my surprise. we got in and settled but no staffs came to attend us even after waiting for a while. later, we had to call them for taking the order. it didn’t bother us much though. we ordered for french fries, caramel flavoured coffee, waffle, and mojito raspberry. everything wasgreatexcept the waffle which was a little dry.

it is a very happening place, there is big screen for entertainment, variety of food options, honest pricing and is open till 2 am. consider this place if you’re looking for a hang out especially in the late night. recommended!

food isgreatand ambience is good. cozy seating. but the music is a bit too loud and you can’t really hold conversation without screaming at the top of your voices.

for veggies, the club sandwiches, brownies and french fries are a must try ! not to forget the amazing seasonal juices.

have been to/ordered from tonico many times. awesome place that also has outdoor seating (which is good when the weather is pleasing). it is definitely one of the best place to hangout in kakkanad.

they make good shakes and steaks. i loved their chicken steak in pesto sauce. hope they still have it in their menu, as it had been a while since i went there. other than chicken and beef, they even had fish steak once. the fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and the sauce over it complemented the fish 😍

however, their burgers were not asgreatas the other dishes (speaking from my experience). the veg burger we ordered was dry, and the tandoori chicken burger(not 100% sure about the name) was so soggy- water was dripping from the chicken piece. the mongolian beef pasta was piquant, but some of the beef pieces were quite chewy.

we went there on a late night party for a friend who was getting married two days later... is the perfect place to hangout and have some really good conversation especially with thegreatambience of the place... we all had shakes and it was too good!

this place is really good and the food is super yummy!! my personal favourite is penne pasta chicken served in white sauce!! it's really worth the money as they havegreatquantity!

this is agreatplace to chill and hangout. the food and service is above average. i have visited this place a couple of times and have had somegreattimes here.
regarding food. there is a wide variety , but i would still say that its just above average.

i'm from pune. this is the first place i bumped for meal in kochi. i it's great.
food- 3/5 i tried burger and sandwich and chillers like black current and green apple. i like chillers because they are refreshing. but burger was a big disappointing.
service- 5/5 service is just great.
cost- 4/5 it's not to must costly nor to economical.
ambiance-4/5 music isgreatfor afternoon section.
parking- 5/5 plenty of parking space. you can park your truck 😂😂

the location couldn't be better. next to the thriving info park and high rise apartments but its main customers are the youth looking for a change from the usual cup of coffee. does it serve well to their expectations ?

the interiors provides a space for a crazy hangout joint just like any cafe. the quotes on the wall to the lighting and decor to the furniture are pretty decent but not alluring. the ambience has a sports cafe feel with the big projector and brings earth toned vibe which i liked.greatselection of music played in a cafe seals the deal but i wish they toned the volume down for a much better customer experience.

now coming to the most important part the food. the menu was pretty simple which i liked and i the food we wanted to try was the chicken club a plate of fries and a coffee shake with vanilla ice cream. the sandwich was pretty nice actually had a good texture and creaminess to the chicken and the egg on top was a nice addition. the chips on the side was a total no for me and it had been better if the sandwich was left alone. the fries were pretty darn good and perfectly seasoned. coming to the shakes. i really enjoyed this cold shot of coffee meets cream which was agreatadddition to the sunny day.

overall im pretty satisfied but with a few more adjustments the place can hit par excellence as one the best cafe joints in kakkanad kochi
