it's ok. for philadelphia tierra colombiana is acceptable. i don't think in new york or new jersey anyone would get overly excited over thisrestaurantas there are so many. this place is just basic colombian cuisine, and that's ok.
also, i took a friend here who is a native colombian. he wasn't thrilled with the neighborhood. yes, there are people from outside the us, even from poor countries, who are amazed by our american urban decay.
