don't be scurried!!!. i know you may have heard negative things about the neighborhood....but no need to fear. just b/c you see people of color don't mean you need to be alarmed...we don't bite.
but the food here definitely does!
yes, the food here is a philly's kept secret...at least when it comes to latin flare.
by far the best paella i have had in philly.
large generous portions...def a guy place on that.
well cooked latin seafood dishes...and the steak enciebollado is pretty good too.
the decor and atmosphere will make you forget you innorthphilly.
good mojitos...and a dance club is upstairs, so if you feeling bold after your meal...go upstairs and get your salsa on.

tierra colombiana is a large cuban and colombian restaurant innorthphiladelphia, on 5th street, just east of 1. it’s not in the loveliest of neighborhoods. but it does offer plenty of parking. and despite its unfortunate location, the restaurant itself

the best chef for cuban food!!!!. my faviorite is the tenderloin in lemon butter sauce, the perfect blend. tierra colombiana is much better than the cuban resturant down town philly, make the extra effort to gonorthand the food will bring you back.
