rude service from the bar!! our first visit there and thefoodwas amazing, but when our party went up to pay the bartender rudely told us she would not itemize our tab. we agreed to split three ways and she didn't even split it evenly. when dropping down our cards instead of a thank you she just said here you go! we had no other problem with this place but hands down worst service we had all trip.

inovativefoodand good music. the two hardest things here are getting a table and figuring out how to place your order, after that things get good. they do not take reservations and it is a fairly small place so go early if you can as you will probably want to take your time and listen to some music. once we got a table next to the bar we asked the bar tender if we order from a server like the table sign implies and she said who takes your order can be confusing and then happily took our order. we started with the deviled eggs that were smooth and tasty and then had a flash fried shrimp dish that did not look like much with its small pieces in a bowl with a light sauce but it was good enough we could have ordered another bowl. the dishes here are not meant to be large and tastes of a few dishes while listening to music works well here. thefoodtastes chef driven and we would go back on our next visit to new orleans.

the worst service and consideration i've ever experienced in new orleans. they should be ashamed. thefoodis ok, prices are a little high, but with excellent service i could accept it. it won't happen here. the servers are literally pouting and scowling as they serve. will never come back

overall i liked this place, but as others have indicated, it can be overly crowded and difficult to order. you are told thefoodis tapas style, and it is very good, but the prices are for full size meals (for example, i got 3 scallops and the cost was $16). the music was just ok on the day we went. this wouldn't be my first choice but i'd go again.

this place is horrible! the service forfoodis awful. the waiter, josh has no business ever being a waiter. he is not a happy person. he also did not give back another patrons credit card and they had to come back to get it. he also screamed at patrons who were taking photos bc the flash was on. he could have politely asked but that is not his personality obviously. the entire restaurant was disturbed. he also asked one of his tables to leave because they had been there for 1 and 1/2 hours. very unprofessional. equally disturbing was one of the bartenders named pam(red head) ......very rude to customers. she was overwhelmed and definitely in the weeds but under no circumstances should she treat the customers as an inconvenience. i will never visit this establishment again or recommend it.

10yr anniversary trip. amazingfoodwith a different flare. service was just as amazing, will be back!

unbelievable food!. don't expect barfoodin this bar. everything on the menu looked so good, i had an appetizer, entree and dessert! it was all fantastic. i couldn't believe i could getfoodof this caliber sitting at a crowded bar.

good live music, good atmosphere,foodwas fair. scallops didn't have much flavor, lamb sliders were good, bruschetta was good. drinks were watered down.

bestfoodwe had in nola!. this was the tastiestfoodwe had in new orleans. we ordered bacon wrapped dates, basil gnocchi, fish tacos, & duck enchilada pizza. all so good! our fav was the gnocchi. portion size is small & so we kept ordering more. we didn't have to wait for a table but that was 6pm on a thursday.

service at @threemusesnola is tag-team and informal. you order at the bar, andfoodis brought to you by whichever of the staff is back by the kitchen when it's ready. cocktails are also ordered at the bar, with a server bringing it over to the table so you don't have to wait.

wonderfulfoodand music. we ordered several small plates. would highly recommend the steak and cake and the edemame. great atmosphere to hear original music.

if only. if only this place was as good as it's reputation. yes the music was excellent, thefoodwas very good, but those two were not enough to compensate for the rest of the experience. the whole experience was a rush to get usfoodand get us out.

yummy!!. it has been a while since we have been in, but we love, love, love this place!! (sorry for the delay in the review!) thefoodis great and the service is pretty unbelievable, considering the amount of people and the ridiculous drinks i watched them make. i had the feta fries and the tuna tacos (the special). yum!!
the entertainment was great (for the most part). the woman who was singing had a decent voice, but it seemed she was trying to drown out the crowd completely, like maybe she thought she was on broadway or something. she also kept telling "jokes", but nobody laughed, kind of funny and sad at the same time. she did have really cute shoes though. (i notice those type of things!)
we came back in and saw an amazing band the next night, four guys, really good!
we chatted with one of the owners, and ended up seeing her singing at another club on frenchmen st. we thought that was pretty neat! super talented and very nice.
we can't wait to go back to new orleans and visit this place again!!

pretty, tasty food; weird service. definitely on the pricey side, but this was a great place to stop in for a drink and a fancy little plate. i had a beet salad and a drink, and both were really beautifully presented and tasted spectacular.

sort of a weird thing-- when we came in and secured a table, we were asked to "hold the table" by running a credit card... something i've had to do. i guess this is in case of people skipping out on the check? it seemed odd to me. otherwise, the servers alternated between telling us to order drinks at the bar or to order at the table, which was somewhat annoying, considering we each ordered one cocktail and onefooditem, and that was it. i guess they were trying to pressure us to order more?

anyway, thefoodand drink were tasty, and for that, i'd say it's worth checking out.

was here for happy hour on a wednesday in december. thefoodwas great, we ordered all of the happy hour specials for our table of 4. the standout, by a far margin, was the bacon wrapped dates. simply amazing we had to order it three times! the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the jazz is killer good. stop by, eat a little, have another glass of wine!
