greatservice- excellent wine - fabulos food - under stated - far more depth than credited - casual atmosphere - with quite a strong menu

cracking shakshouka served with fawlty towersserviceprinciples and a large side serving of arrogance and argumentative palaver.

eight for breakfast but we could have been a collection of disparate travellers receiving a budget airlineservicereminiscent of pre-covid air travel on a british budget airline. we ordered in pairs but received the meals in a lottery system approach that ensured that only two people ate at a time whilst the remaining six sat watching. just watching. endlessly watching.

this rhythm however was not observed faithfully. after 47 minutes the patient last man standing learned that all orders had been fulfilled. but alas no meal. i won’t bore you with the stupidity of the reordering process as i’ve lost the will.

upon delivery of the meal no meaningful apology was delivered but rather a reminder that this restaurant was a no-table-service establishment. come again? here’s a tip for any aspiring restaurant owner. the model is stupid.

it’s not all negative. there was one positive aspect of theirservicemodel. you had to pay up front.

to remove any doubt, no tip was left.

i initially reviewed this restaurant two years ago & gave it 5 stars. at this time theservicewas impeccable, the food was amazing. excellent flavours & quality. tonight we booked again & we were very disappointed.
theservicewas not up to standard & neither was the food. the fish of the day was cooked well but the salad was poor, the seafood spaghetti was also lacking flavour. sadly we were very disappointed

had a lovely dinner here on a friday night. theservicewas fab and we were looked after and told we were able to move if we got to cold, seeing as the weather had turned to a horrible wet mess. we ordered the terrine for entree and mixed olives which tasted beautiful. for main i had the duck which was a little small serving and a little on the expensive side seeing as you had to purchase sides as well to make it a significant dinner. overall it was nice, enjoyable and tasty food. would love to try lunch here next time!

this is a busy spot but always dependable. serviceis fast and everything is always fresh and finished well. speed and convenience are the main drawcards and the view is really peaceful.

you get what you pay for and this place is no exception. yes it's expensive and yes the starter portions might be a little light on for what you pay but it packs a punch in taste.

theserviceis not only nice but knowledgable. one had that sense that it was going to be good when we walked in.

i'd go here weekly if i lived here.

we had dinner and dessert here and was blown away. easily deserves this high score. the best prawn i have ever tasted and the balance of flavours was perfect.servicewas warm and attentive. a must do for any foodie.

we found theservicerude and they can't cope with crowds, unusual not to be prepared for a sunday breakfast! would not recommend, lots of other options

outstanding in every way! serviceis friendly and very efficient. food is delicious. atmosphere is great really can't fault the place, hence a score of 5!! i can see why they get such high scores on zomato.

my rating is probably not reflective of the pleasant evening we had. it's a lovely spot, goodserviceand very welcoming for kids (which i didn't expect because it looked more upmarket than where you'd typically take an 8 and 10 year old). the food was good, but i wouldn't say outstanding. just lacking a little punch on the flavour front and i'd probably say both the beef and ocean trout were on the grill a fraction too long. the kids meals were good and way better than your standard nuggets and chips type of rubbish you get at most holiday towns.

really surprised to have liked this restaurant. lovely fit out & bestservicewe have experienced in noosa. had a sea food feast & it was rather delicious! not sure why we've never eaten here before.

gorgeous food, passionate staff. i can't help but post my experience which was polar opposite to what is contained below: i received attentive, passionateserviceby people who clearly knew their food and were eager to share. for the price paid the servings were substantial and filling (duck confit, wild prawns with papaya) the wines delicious and the vibe friendly. this place would stand out in sydney (where i'm from). five stars.

i couldn't believe what we got for what we paid for, nothing more than a meal cooked at home but lacking any flavour or know how. been staying in noosa for 2 weeks, and this is by far the worst meal we've had anywhere. stay away!

the whole package. what an amazing spot!! chillin by the river on a saturday with not only fabulousservicefrom the moment we arrived but the food was visually stunning and the flavours will keep me coming back.. well done!
