fast, efficient and veryfriendlyservice. pretty basic breakfasts, but very good value. had a half irish breakfast, plus eggs and gluten free toast, which came with a large portabello mushroom, small hash brown and mini tomatoes. 2x cappuccinos = €15. not bad at all! good tasting coffees, hot plates, cheap breakfast for two 😊😊

a long overdue positive review for third space! it is a really lovely local cafe with great breakfast and lunch options to suit all tastes and diets. they have a balanced menu from healthy options through to an impressive array of cakes and scones

the staff are incrediblyfriendlyand chatty, and deserve special mention.

lastly, it is spacious (!) and comfy, with plenty of books to peruse while enjoying your coffee. the problem will be dragging yourself back to work (which is why i tend to opt for take out!!)

really nice place in smithfield to head for a coffee and a spot of breakfast or lunch. it's always seems to be busy and that's not surprising as the coffee is really good and the staff are reallyfriendlyand attentive.

i popped in here for coffee today, having been plenty of times before for breakfast, lunch and coffee and finally remembered to write a review. this place is great - excellent coffee, great breakfast and lunch menu, always tasty and it's a bright, comfortable space. service isfriendlyand fast, although it is busy at lunch times and you should expect to share tables if eating alone. highly recommend if you're in the area.
