such a cosy place with great decoration, atmosphere, music, hot drinks and honest food. it's so nice and relaxing!
a must go for a deliciousbreakfastwith lot of variety, it invites you to stay around.

fast, efficient and very friendly service. pretty basic breakfasts, but very good value. had a half irish breakfast, plus eggs and gluten free toast, which came with a large portabello mushroom, small hash brown and mini tomatoes. 2x cappuccinos = €15. not bad at all! good tasting coffees, hot plates, cheapbreakfastfor two 😊😊

a few friends and i were visiting the jameson's distillery and wanted to grab somebreakfastclose by. the interior was really nice a mix between hipster and post-modern, we were greeted and shown to a table immediately even though we were a large group. we all ordered within 10 minutes of being seated and all received food not later than about 8 minutes after ordering, usually this will make me think that the food will be frozen and sub par but this was the opposite was true nice food and great service.

a long overdue positive review for third space! it is a really lovely local cafe with greatbreakfastand lunch options to suit all tastes and diets. they have a balanced menu from healthy options through to an impressive array of cakes and scones

the staff are incredibly friendly and chatty, and deserve special mention.

lastly, it is spacious (!) and comfy, with plenty of books to peruse while enjoying your coffee. the problem will be dragging yourself back to work (which is why i tend to opt for take out!!)

really nice place in smithfield to head for a coffee and a spot ofbreakfastor lunch. it's always seems to be busy and that's not surprising as the coffee is really good and the staff are really friendly and attentive.

i popped in here for coffee today, having been plenty of times before for breakfast, lunch and coffee and finally remembered to write a review. this place is great - excellent coffee, greatbreakfastand lunch menu, always tasty and it's a bright, comfortable space. service is friendly and fast, although it is busy at lunch times and you should expect to share tables if eating alone. highly recommend if you're in the area.
