the place is very cosy but it was the worst brunch i've ever had. i was shocked, specially cause this place is located in smithfield square which normally have nice places to eat. the menu was saying veggie brunch with eggs, mushrooms, tomato, beans and potatos. i found a hair on one of the eggs, they put a small package of butter on top of the other one, the bread was supposed to be brown bread and they gave me white and the mushrooms were not cooked. everything was cold and it looked like it was ready for hours just waiting for someone to order it. besides that, i am still waiting for my drinks. lol this is like those places you can find in town to robe tourists. will not go back.

such a cosy place with great decoration, atmosphere, music, hot drinks and honest food. it's so nice and relaxing!
a must go for a delicious breakfast with lot of variety, it invites you to stay around.

fast, efficient and very friendly service. pretty basic breakfasts, but very good value. had a half irish breakfast, plus eggs and gluten free toast, which came with a large portabello mushroom, small hash brown and mini tomatoes. 2x cappuccinos = €15. not bad at all! good tasting coffees, hot plates, cheap breakfast for two 😊😊

a few friends and i were visiting the jameson's distillery and wanted to grab some breakfast close by. the interior was really nice a mix between hipster and post-modern, we were greeted and shown to a table immediately even though we were a large group. we all ordered within 10 minutes of being seated and all received food not later than about 8 minutes after ordering, usually this will make me think that the food will be frozen and sub par but this was the opposite was true nice food and great service.

a long overdue positive review for third space! it is a really lovely local cafe with great breakfast and lunch options to suit all tastes and diets. they have a balanced menu from healthy options through to an impressive array of cakes and scones

the staff are incredibly friendly and chatty, and deserve special mention.

lastly, it is spacious (!) and comfy, with plenty of books to peruse while enjoying your coffee. the problem will be dragging yourself back to work (which is why i tend to opt for take out!!)

we headed here as we were looking for lovely warm bowl of soup as it was one of the chillier sunday's. we ordered the homemade vegetable soup at the till, it was warmed up in the microwave and brought to our table. the soup was nice and the employees were extremely friendly. overall the place had a great vibe. my only issue was that the place closed at 3pm & at 2.45pm the hoover was brought out and we were basically been hoovered around while we ate. it's just a pet peeve of mine, less cleaning while customers are still eating.

really nice place in smithfield to head for a coffee and a spot of breakfast or lunch. it's always seems to be busy and that's not surprising as the coffee is really good and the staff are really friendly and attentive.

i used to work over in smithfield so third space was our go-to place for coffee, which is delicious btw! the service is fast and the staff are very friendly. i particularly love their homemade granola, yoghurt and berry compote.

i popped in here for coffee today, having been plenty of times before for breakfast, lunch and coffee and finally remembered to write a review. this place is great - excellent coffee, great breakfast and lunch menu, always tasty and it's a bright, comfortable space. service is friendly and fast, although it is busy at lunch times and you should expect to share tables if eating alone. highly recommend if you're in the area.
