old school breakie. when in london this is our default breakfast place. perfect kedgeree and arnold bennett omelettes. nice room, spot on service, and in the geat location for jermyn street shopping. boozey coffees help start the 7am mornings! attentive international staff; but usually full of tourists after 9am.

fabulous service. i've eaten here a few times and always have a wonderful meal. one of my favourite things about it, however, was going there for breakfast one day and being told that i was more than welcome to wait for half an hour, or they would be happy to book a table for us at cecconi's, a short walk away. that's what i call service!

great ambiance. superb ambiance, excellent food and good service; what isn't there to like? like an old friend, the wolseley is worth visiting time and time again as it always feels comfortable and never ceases to be an enjoyable experience.

smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and toasted brioche for me. the salmon is fine. the brioche is fine, although it looks a lot more like toast than i expected. it still has that eggy, yeasty taste to it though. the eggs are a bit wet and runny for me. £13.
