mixed results. first off, this is a bar before it is a restaurant. deafeningly loud, with people screaming at every table and in the large bar area. very nice upscale decor, what you'd expect for beacon hill, and extremely interesting menu featuring agreatmany wild game dishes and craft beers. their newly released cocktail menu was far too sweet for my liking, i needed an insulin injection just to read it. we got two starters to share - a dish of roasted wild mushrooms, thick and chewy and well-seasoned, along with their famous rock shrimp on a bed of sweet cucumber salsa. this was also excellent and a nice break from the factory-farmed shimp that most places offer. our shared entree was antelope steak tips with a pomegranite marinade and a curious brussel sprout slaw. absolutely intriguing, original, and quite tasty, with the glaze providing just enough contrast to the rich game meat. service was just fine for a bar, not necessarily restaurant-level, and the portions were about half what they should be for this price point.
